[Q] Flashed MoDaCo ICS rom and new radio - reception car jumping up and down

Hey guys,
I just flashed this rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1711803
and flashed this radio:
Radio from RUU_Ville_U_HTC_Europe_1.78.401.2 [Recommended] (update by rhcp)
0.16.31501S.17_2_10.23.31501S.10L
I noticed that my reception bar is jumping up and down all the over and my bars seem to be lower (maybe its just my mind) then before when I had the stock ROM.
I live in Canada and use FIDO as the carrier... am I using the right radio/ROM?
Please help!

i got this problem after i flashed a new firmware into my Aigopad
can any one help me, i tried to re format a coupled time but no positive feedback from my tab.

is not very nice even it has different views for day and night. Is it possible to replace radio app for different one? for example like this, by Malaysk:
I have Hal9k's modified FW at the moment and I have root permissions, so changing radio app is possible, I guess, but where can I get a new one? Any hints, please?

Unless I'm mistaken Malaysk Rom doesn't support your radio ...
