[Q] Please Help Me About Chinese support!!

Help!!!
I`m using TheDarkOne rom in my T-M HD2,and I had installed the chinese support,but in some softs it can`t show chinese perfect. However it works well in Energy`s roms!

I'm using chaos kernel 13.2 ,exodus stable1 rom and minimal GApps with art mode
google service keep awake my device and I have stopped the sync, GPS

Also.... Hard to help when most of us don't know the language in your phone. ☺

Is that for 3GB version or for 2GB version?
Anybody tried this ROM? What about issues?
Phone work better with this ROM or not?

gcam32 not working on android 11

I have used the best gcam ever I have tested but its not working on any android 11 rom. It works on every android 10 rom tho, but those have so many bugs that they are unusable. is there any method to run that app in compatibility mode of android 10 ? I have tried apk editor and edit it to sdk version 30 still that error.
it gives a notification after crashing :
