The best way to do it .. is to reflash ROM.. after wiping clean and backing your apps..
Other way to do it is to to make your apps < 150 mb and delete the script from /system/etc/init.d using a root file explorer.

Help Apps in Froyo

Okay i came from CM 5.0.6, no wipe no nothing only titanium backup LOL
When it booted as i expected none of my apps were in the draw, but they were apparently installed acording to the system
So because i coulnt access them i decided to format the SD through recovery to remove the ext partition. Now when i try to recover my apps with Titanium backup only a select few go into the draw, 2 to be precise out of 200ish.
Now it says im low on space ... This is anoying and the reason i was worried about jumpin on the Froyo bandwagon, i did not want to lose my apps and i have
I hope someone knows how to get the apps to restore with titanium backup or has had this and fixed it ???
Okay figured it out... sorry for the stupidness.. if i uninstall these non install apps then restore it works... but how can i uninstall 200 apps fast without going one by one ??? ADB??? SHELL ???

Quite easy.. You are in need of a app2sd script.. There are many available.. I personally recommend M2SD.. It offers quite some options..
What you need for the script :
Custom ROM, Root, an ext partition, and an app called "Terminal Emulator".. The app you can find in Play Store.. Custom ROM and root are there in CM10.. for ext partition, go to the M2sd script thread in the general section..
Follow the intructions.. If you encounter any problem, you can PM the creator of the thread, 'sabaatworld'.. He'll help you get through...

WinRar. Ask the dev if you may edit the rom. You can easily add, remove or switch the integrated APKs, sounds and so on.

i know i can delete the apk's from the ROM directly, but i can say if the installer detect they are missed up and abort the instalation or brick the phone! Im a noob in that point, my idea was edit a ROM to everytime i need to flash it doesnt have to do all the same things like delete apks via root explorer and etc!

Deleting any files from a ROM is not recommended but if you know what you are doing, it's fine.
Also you could also flash a Clean Rom without all the useless APK's and when flashing gapps the smallest one with only the core and playstore.

To delete APKs use "Titanium Backup" --> batch uninstall, means you can uninstall all unwanted apps with 1 klick.

LOL, yes i CAN read and i DO so. We talked about you can delete any unwanted apks from the zip as long as they are not relevant for the system. Works on roms and on gapps packages.
And I wrote that for me its easier to perform a batch uninstall with Titanium backup (takes about 1 minute) after flashing the rom as deleting the apks manually by editing the rom.zip as I flash my phone nearly every day.
LOL
