I updated my tf101 when the ICS update was released using an all in one CWM zip. It is now telling me that there is a firmware update available. Was there another update released after the main ICS update? I am planning on flashing AOKP, do I need to update first?
I am currently on build number IML74K.US_epad-9.2.1.11-20120221.

Even after updating to 9.2.1.17 it still says there is firmware update avaiable, any ideas why?

I appreciate that. It shows the update 21r but doesn't show what the update is about. I believe this is the last update I'll need for a while so I should be able to root at this point and post up for a while.
Yes id wait for marshmallow to be out for a while to to see bugs and such before updating to it too i run kk until about 2 months ago just because of all the bugs

What? I thought all notes shipped with One UI 2.5 out of the box? OTAs always updates to the latest update available for the unit. It skips older updates.

Thanks for answering my question I'm using a note 9 uk.and posted this in the note 9 forum along long time ago with no views or replies.as that forum is dead .so I posted the question in the note 20 forum as that is still alive .thanks for clarifying that it skips all the subsequent updates and jumps to the latest now Samsung must remove the old updates from the servers.
Can someone please post, or is there a way I can find out what kernel version comes with each update on the a71?? Only certain kernel versions work with the exploit (5.10). So, I'm thinking to update my a71 to current updates... IF the current updates come with newer kernel?

it appears like older kernels wont work with the exploit according to one of the devs.
I'm thinking to update my a71 5g phone with the latest one UI 4.1 update, but unsure of the kernel version included??
Can anyone please post what kernel versions come in the a71 5g updates? or, link me where i can find this? in all the update documentation, i dont see any kernel version info
also, i see there IS a "dirty pipe" (not dirtycred) exploit fix in the latest updates. i am unsure if this will also fix dirtycred or not, though i dont think it will
