I haven't found anything yet as to what kind of recovery supports this device. I know for sure TWRP and CWM do not support as of now. I am looking for the same thing as well.

I was trying to flash my custom rom on a lg chic, but it doesn't start installing it because of that error.
How to fix?
I don't know what recovery you are using but do you have an option to turn signature verification off ?

Ummmm stupid question.... but, is your phone rooted?
As for recovery, clockworkmod seems to be the most popular, but not sure if it will work on your phone.
yes it's rooted with z4root, but i can't find any recovery to flash
Can someone help? I can't get into clockworkmod recovery mode.
Currently on nscollab 1.0.4

Make sure you have newest version by flashing through ROM manager.

He can't boot, therefor can't use ROM manager. Flash recovery.img from fastboot. You can find CWM recovery images here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=988686
If you don't know how to use fastboot and flash from it, just search xda, and you'll find many guides ...
Good luck!

Sorry, I'm a noob. Didn't see missing boot img in subject. Had problem flashing with ROM manager before until I updated Clockwork mod recovery. Thought it was similar problem. Lol. Duh.

Just flash Kwes's rooted rom through CWM.
CWM with NVflash hasn't changed.
Easiest method I found - http://www.unlockroot.com/
Works great on stock!
Yea but don't I need to be rooted to flash cwm?

No. You aren't rooting to get cwm, you get cwm to root.
No you do not have to be rooted to flash cwm you just have to download nvFlash and follow the instructions in the post you will find a whole thread about it in the development section by
So I can flash cwm then a custom rom and kernel without ever rooting?
That makes no sense.

Nvidia based devices are a little different. The APX mode let's you flash a recovery, so you can then load whatever ROM you want, rooted or not.

Read the post above yours.
You need a custom recovery installed to do this.
