i got samsung galaxy mini from US .. but i need to install the middle east version of android 2.2 on it to let it full support of Arabic language .. how could i get this stock rom and how can i install it ?

wifi is unable ofter flash this rom
and dont support persian language

the rom doesn't have the arabic language .. the arabic letters appears like a squares .... how can I add the arabic language to the rom ?
