Hi Folks
I purchased the Lenovo P780 a few days ago. I am generally happy with it but I have one MAJOR problem :crying: which I need help with... The audio output level when I listening to just about anything via the headphone is just ridiculously low!!!!! This is the case even when I use my professional quality noise isolating in-ear monitors! By way of comparison, the P780 max volume is only about 65% of my Samsung Y Pro B5510.
I am not technical and not sure what to do about it. Is this a common issue?
Do any other P780 owners experience the same problem or is this just a problem with my phone?
The handset was rooted by the supplier but I am not sure which ROM is installed...
Please Help Me - I really need to listen to music!.
Thanks in advance

Dear friends,
I have recently bought an Ace Plus. I am facing a bit of problem in the earpiece. While i am on a call, if i raise the volume to full, the earpice crackles a bit. I want to know if this is a known behavior of this phone or a fault?
Need help....
Friends,
I am planning to visit the service center but i need a second opinion before that from anyone who has owned this phone. Don't want them to open up my phone if it is a design defect and not a hardware fault. So please help.....

I don't know that phone, but ...
Do you get similar behaviour listening to music if you raise the volume to maximum? It is possible that you are just hitting the limit of the speaker and it is distorting - or it may be a hardware fault with your particular phone, or even something loose trapped by the speaker that is only making itself known when the volume is high.
If the phone is under warranty then just take it back anyway - better to be safe than sorry.
Thanks for replying Simon, well its the earpiece that has the problem, not the back panel loudspeaker or earphones. There is no possibility of testing it with music. It sounds like the speaker diaphragm is a bit loose. I think i should visit the service center.

Make sure your headphones are plugged all the way into the jack - some cases and phone designs do not allow some headphone plugs to plug all the way in. And of course adjust headphone volume in the system, and on the headphones themselves if they have their own volume control.
Since I can't seem to find a device-specific area for your phone, I recommend posting in Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I recently purchased Xiaomi Mi4 Via Flipkart in India.
I am facing an issue with the sound quality. I had to replace my phone once because in the first handset i received, there was a microphone failure which led to very poor in call quality. So i got it replaced from flipkart. Now in my new handset , the in-call sound quality is very average when indoor and i get s terrible whenever i am outside or driving. The other person has to speak very loud for me to hear him. This persists even when using headphones. I dont know what is the reason of making a phone when you are focusing on everything and the main feature of the phone is not working properly. I have browsed many forums for this and there are people complaining about this issue. Such a brilliant phone and yet it makes me want to change it because I can't hear the other person properly. Please if anyone has a solution to it tell me.
I am on latest MIUI 6.3.9.0 Stable Version running Android 4.4.4. Phone Signal Strength -77dBm 18asu.
My SIM card is perfectly fine as i used it on Samsung Galaxy S4 and the in call quality was perfect.
Please help me solve this issue.
Thanks.

maybe there is a problem with the noise reduction in sound settings.
Try to update to the developer Rom (5.4.3).
I have boat rockerz 400 previously i was using for my lenovo vibe k5 note, it is just awesome. But so far i have began to use it on honor 6x it works good (when i listen music) than i expect but sound is scratching while on call. That bluetooth device is working normally when it is paired to other androids and while i make calls from them but not on 6x. So anyone else having problem like that? As i am thinking to flash viper or dolby that could be the possible solution?
Since the headset does work well with other devices, this means it is a software issue from the 6x but, I'm not sure if viper will fix this.
Try and let us know .
Don't forget to backup first
Sorry if i answer now, but I've just discovered that I've the same issue with meizu ep52 headsets!
With 6x sound scrathes (mp3, youtube, etc) but with other devices (i tried Wiko ufeel, iPhone se, Galaxy s8) absolutely no problems!
Hello guys!
Please excuse me for the English, I do not speak very well, I'm from Brazil.
I bought Lenovo K8 imported from India, but I can not communicate by voice.
During the phone call, the other person does not hear me, only the speakerphone works.
I noticed that it is a common problem in this device, but I did not find a solution, can anything help me?
I already did the factory reset and did not solve.
Thank you very much.
