Need find the way to change to Android!
is there any possibility of getting honeycomb to run over webOS or in place of it? If that's possible, I'd be all over that.
hell even if android couldn't be ported over, it's still a great deal to watch movies on and browse the web with flash
Craigslist is the best list

No. Craigslist would be people buying for 99/150 16/32 GB units and trying to sell them for 200/250, just like eBay.

This is exactly what is happening, funny you said that. Just went on craigslist and people are overpricing, but you can still buy it. Best Buy is selling it now also, and RadioShack might!
i just purchased one from the hp small business website.

Worth buying for $95 obo?

Spotted this deal on craigslist. Comes with a car and home charger for $95 obo. looks clean in the pics. Might be stolen though, so I'm not sure if it's worth it.
What's your take, guys?
Thank you!
Yeah. It sounds nice

from price point its a good deal as long as you could make sure ... everything works.
from xda point of view I guess this phone is among the few that got most attention from devs so there is a lot of custom FW available for this little phone.
out of curiosity ... why do you want to buy an older device?
I am sure you have your reasons ... but anyways ... just asking
It's for my lady she played with a galaxy s 4g in a t-mobile store and liked it. she still has a nokia 5800 lol haven't heard back from the person, so... found a galaxy s 4g for $75 lol waiting to hear back as well.
Xda gave the phone gingerbread but that is where it ends. No cm7 no miui. Truthfully, this phone is not getting the support.
Good news is that this phone is a great phone and at that price is worth it.

thank you, guys! haven't heard back from the people... oh well, was good talking to you all
My girlfriend was running cm7 nightlies. It runs really well, pulls home fast data on i9000 roms. As long as you go custom rom, it's a pretty good phone

we have a thread in the sensation sub-forum about gs2 and a lot of people didn't want to get it because of the quality issues with their vibrants and galaxie's. is it really that bad?
try to get the ime of the phone and call att and ask them to verify the ime if someone just reported if it was stolen or lost.. I did that before I buy a cheap phone from craigslist.. just to be cautious

[Q] Best place to buy replacement parts for all phones?

My buddy owns a cell phone repair shop and he has a "guy" that he gets his parts from, but lately the quality has gone down greatly. Problems range from dead touch screens or super fragile screens that crack without so much as a tap. So my question is, where is a good reliable parts website or business that we can rely on, other than amazon or ebay.

Thanks but those are the obvious ones, and really not that good if you ask me. Im looking for another forum marketplace to buy and sell like new or new devices. Feebay has nothing for what im looking for, same for CL.
CTO!!! Most members from here go there to sell there stuff now. Celltraderonline.com
This should be put on the front page... I'm surprised more members don't know about this site. All your favorite members are there!

Phone Buying/Selling Sites

since xda marketplace has been closed, i have had a hard time finding another forum site to buy phones.
what do u guys use?
(not including craigslist)
What is wrong with craigslist? I have bought, sold, and traded many phones locally through cl.

eBay n locally for me mercadlibre
I bought this phone on eBay. Great dude, phone perfect. Just make sure you're covered and that there are no omissions or anything in the listing.
Craigslist is okay, but it's a little bit more complicated to not get burned and you're best looking for advice pertaining to your carrier.
There are also some phone market sites, but I've never used them.

eBay is a great option. You have to be very patient and wait for the right deals. Don't overpay. Do some research to understand what the used price is for the phone you're looking for.
