Hi. I have been searching for the answer to this for hours. it seems there isn't many people with the same issue
I have a galaxy s2 running a siyah kernel and resurrection ROM
I want to install a second ROM but when i try to first clone the 1st to 2nd it says there is not enough space(as i need 2.5 internal apparently).
My phone only has max 1.97GB for some reason. I have USB storage of about 11GB but it seems i cant use that
Has anyone come across this and can you help
Cheers
You should ask this in the SGS2 forum in the Siyah Kernel thread...
You should back up everything on your USB storage then format it... after that clone the secondary rom or whatever... you should be fine then copy your data back in your usb storage...

Maybe it just does not want to work on RC5, because its probably optimized/coded better then RC4. But ive noticed that apps that normally wont start on RC4 but starts on RC5.
Hi,
maybe this is the wrong Thread/Forum, but I get no Solution anywhere else.
I hav a Xoom MZ601 Everest.
With the Xoom Stock Rom on my Motorola Xoom MZ601 (and also on my Stock S3) I can use various USBToSerial Adapters.
With CM and AssefMod V5 they are not recognized.
Tested with PhysicaloidLibrary, usb-serial-for-android, FTDI Java D2XX Drivers.
Maybe this is a similar Problem:
I own a elecom dvb-t-receiver 12123, which worked well on Xoom stock rom (and also on my Stock S3), but not on cm 10.1, AssefMod V5, maybe others.
It doesn't recognize the Stick.
I asked this also in CM Forum, but no replies (topic/76604-elecom-dvb-t-receiver-12123-not-recognized)
Anyone any Idea what is missing there and why it runs with Stock Rom ?
How to fix ? Fix possible ?
BR
Thomas
Hi!
I'm the proud owner of a 64GB Sandstone OPO.
My ROM is ParanoidAndroid 4.6-BETA6 and I use Franco kernel (latest r35 version).
Does this combo support accessing external BTRFS-formatted 2.5" USB HD drives through an OTG cable?
If that combo didn't work, is there any other kernel I could use to achieve this?
Thanks in advance.

That looks like something you should probably ask in franco's kernel thread. :good:
Hi Guys!
I had installed the [ROM] [6.0.1] [UNOFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 13 [2016/01/10] and everything was fine except of the fact that I had issues using the SD external memory card as an internal memory.
Please help me how could you fix this or what is the possible work around.
Thanks!
Regards,
SD as internal do not work on cm13. To work arround, use foldermount, link2sd or another similar app
Thanks for your reply. Do you think there will be a fix for this in the next builds?
I don't know but i think so because it works on aosp
