When I open my Transformer the Lock screen appears with Google+ on the left and the key I must move outside the circle to unlock on the left.
I do not need move the key to unlock. It is sufficient to touch any key on the keyboard to unlock the device. Is this normal?

2 quick questions, they might be something simple sorry but I dont know how to get this to work.
1) How do you unlock your phone without the stylus? I know if you hold the end call key for 3 secs it locks it but I want to unlock the phone without the stylus. I hate ejecting it so the power goes on and then I can slide my finger on the "Lock Icon" left or right to unlock the phone.
2) How do you change the "Lock" Icon mapping? By that I mean its located at the top and I would like to move it to the bottom or middle. Once somehow automatically it was located in the middle and then I rebooted my phone and it went back to the top again.
I don't understand question 1 are you saying you take the styles out to turn the phone on? why don't you use the power button at the top? Then use your finger when it turns on to unlock it. I will admit i don't use the lock fetcher
But i think i understand the second question to move it to the bottom, go to start/setting/today/Items this will have a list of "icons" you have on the main screen select the Device Lock and move it to the bottom of the list. this should move it to the bottom and you are done.
1) you can unlock your phone without pulling your stylus out. press the power button to turn the screen on and then press unlock on the bottom left softkey followed by the confirmation on the center right side of the screen.
on the otherhand what you're asking for is called S2U (slide to unlock) which is an app the mimicks the iphone's lock interface
2) what mapping are you talking about? on the tf3d where the app tab is at? if so, then you just move it by using diamond tf3d tweak OR manually deleting the app and relocating it to where you want it.

For question 2 the same thing, do you know when the phone is locked and you have that icon that you have to slide left or right so that you can access the main menu on your phone (has the time, contacts, view messages, email etc.). That little bar that reads slide and has a padlock icon in the middle of it. That little button I want to reallign it in the screen. It happened once but I didnt press or change anything for it to happen, it just did.

When I moving around with my fingers, sometimes a screen lock symbol shows up on the left top corner. Then I can't click anything. It seems like the phone lock function. I can go back to main screen but I cna't click anything. The only way to unlock it is to reboot. Did anyone knows how to unlock it? It may comes handy as the lock function. Thanks.

Is this the right key to change if I want this behaviour: when the screen is off, when I press the power button, it just re opens where I left without showing the lockscreen. Is it right?

I still use the standard ROM with HTC Sense. The only thing that annoys me, is that I have to unlock the screen by dragging the ring into the middle of the screen.
Is it possible to unlock the screen by pressing some key?
Cyanogenmod for example offered to unlock the screen by pressing the menu key - this was so much better.

I tried to install 3rd party software like "Locker Master", but all of them seem to be 90° rotated.
I am searching for the same thing, there sud be some way to unlock phone and open menu from keypad instead from touch screen, isn't there any custom roms available we can use for this ???

I want to use the patern lock method. The problem is that when I want to unlock the phone I must swipe the screen first and then to use the patern.(I select the only the patern method). I have searched the web(a lot) and still I can't get an answer.... On my previous phone(Note4 with Android 6.1) this behavior was not present. Is there a "magic " setting that can end my suffering?

What happens when you also include fingerprint as a option?... meaning you have both pin and fingerprint as options.
You also have to swipe to use the iris scanner too...annoying for sure.

There's an option to have it scan for you iris as soon as you hit the unlock button.
The swipe is present if I chose pattern+face or pattern+iris...I just can get ride of it...I must swipe first and then biometrics or pattern...
No swipe needed, go to settings>display>navigation bar then turn on Unlock with home button, no need to swipe now just push the home button.
looking to slove this as well on galaxy s7 active...
we don't have the nav bar option...
