Data won't work on Bell unlocked version for AT&T?

Hello, I bought an unlocked version of the sensation originally from bell to use on AT&T. I had an iPhone 4 which had a mini sim and went to AT&T to switch it out, they gave me a normal sim but the data didn't work. I went there today to ask them about it and they tried to manually put in the APN settings, but had no luck. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Thanks in advance.
Do you guys think this is AT&T's problem? Could it be a problem with the sim change because I got text on the new phone saying"thank you for upgrading your phone" could it have taken away the data?
Just call them and check. You should be able to add the unlimited non smartphone data for $15 and still get the same 3g speeds. Tell them you switched to a dumb phone and give the sensation imei if they ask. Their system won't be able to recognize that you are using a smartphone.
If you need apn settings let me know, the default wap.cingular should work fine.

[Q] How to get sms to work on htc one x on gohpone?

Ok I just opened my att one x and threw in the sim att transferred my number on to entered the apn and everything works except I can't get or send multimedia messages. Is there anything I'm missing that I have to do to enable mms?
Edit I figured it out the apn for mms has to be a very specific setting out of 5 I tried only 1 works
Get rid of gophone. You're over paying. Check out Straight Talk's sim card program
Viper Rom, baby!
I want to lol but I hate changing numbers, and data isn't an issue as my whole area doesn't have 4g so it's really hard to use a ton of data. Once they put up some 4g towers though I'll have to seriously look at straight talk and such

[Q] Unlocked Verizon HTC 8X Help

So, I recently purchased a HTC 8X online. It wasn't until I received it and powered it on that I realized it was a Verizon unlocked phone and not a unbranded 8X. The phone works fine with the exception of the MMS and the internet tethering/sharing. I'm currently using the phone on a T-mobile plan and I was wondering if there was any known method to fix these two problems ? and has can the settings possibly be fixed by editing the registry values to unlock the internet sharing and unhide the MMS settings feature.

Help HTC One M7 Network Data...

Hello,
I purchased a HTC One M7... PN071?
The seller said it was originally from Australia And would work in the UK if I put my APN settings in.
He also said it was unlocked.
I have put the APN settings in and im still unable to access:
Internet
Receive or make Phone calls
BUT i am able to send and receive Text Messages
There is a 'R' above the signal bars as well which means roaming is something.
I will attach screenshots of the settings.
Also worth to mention that I'm on Three UK monthly (contract)
If anybody could help resolve this issue it would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks Kyle.

Unlocked HTC One M8 (Verizon) won't work with 4G LTE

Hi there! I just recently bought a Verizon HTC one M8 and it seemed to be a great deal since it was factory unlocked and only for 100 USD. The phone works just fine, but the thing is that I want to use this phone with cricket wireless and everything works such as sms and calling, but the 4G LTE or data itself does not work at all. I've already tried adjusting the network preferences and nothing. Is there any way to make it work? Can i root m device and somehow flash a rom that will allow me to use the lte capabilities? or anything simpler haha. Thanks! :good:
