To install you need root! Copy The apk's with a root Explorer to: phone/system/app.
Reboot enjoy ;-)
Dont forget to delete the semc.music.apk with a root tool box When you want juse the Walkman.apk.

The walkman app is a fake. It's miui player skinned to look like walkman.

As long as you have the small apps. Its a market link so why not try. Small apps is the task manager/recent app. So if you have that, you can include this plugin.

Xperia 2013 Home Launcher

Thanks to xperiablog.net for providing the Sony's new launcher
It requires Android 4.0.4.
It is not official, it's leaked and does not contain new widgets or themes, so think it as a beta version
To install the launcher:
1) Enable "Unknown Sources".
2) Install the launcher.
Make sure to backup your currently home launcher before installing the new.
To return to your previous launcher:
Settings --> Apps --> Xperia Home --> Uninstall updates

Its for 4.0.4 which is ICS, try it and look how it'll mess your GB, but who knows. Make a backup and try.

This is not intended for Gingerbread users, but for people who unlocked thier bootloaders and installed ICS on thier PLAY

Works perfectly on markpython, one problem, when you select customize and then Theme, the home would stop working. Theme could be changed by going to settings/display/theme.

Are you sure it's for ICS only? I don't see any note stating that at Xperia Blog. Another thing, the screenshots posted at Xperia Blog are from a GB phone. Correct me if I'm wrong. After all, I won't try it. I'm very happy with Holo Launcher.

I created a zip file of this, lemme do a backup and try if it'll work on GB, cause it does work on markpythons ICS. Brb and have you guys confirmed.

This is an app... Not a theme.
This will replace the 'DefaultThemes.apk' in your /System folder, it will not add wallpapers or other things to /System as everything is taken from the APK.

I think it would be better if you change Phone, Message and Contacts icons to Xperia ones and remove the labels from the dock items.
You also should put the Xperia icon for the battery. It would be a more "Xperia-like" experience.

It's extracted from the last Z2 D6503 firmware (17.1.A.2.36), The rollout was last March 17
The work of xperiaz2 is great (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2667341) but I had some problems with the last packages for rooted devices. I've found a no root version too, but it's old enough (http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/themes-apps/camera-app-background-defocus-root-t2612382).
So I've uploaded and posted this updated simple .apk hoping it's useful for you

have you tried to follow the link only by smartphone?
if yes:
- you have to click 'accept' pop up when mediafire ask for it, in the first link
- you have to download MEGA app from the playstore to use the second link correctly
if no: maybe your country doesn't allow to surf these website...
I'll try to upload to another server later for this last case

No, i have completely uninstalled it.
Heres my phone specs c6902

Downloaded .apk on iMac and then transferred to SD...tried to install, but shows that the version is already installed.
Could the T-Mobile Z1s already comes with this version?
