Browser Glitchy? - Samsung Galaxy Tab Plus

My browser has gone wack. When I click on a link, I have to double click, and sometimes it doesn't even respond. Can someone help me? One more thing, trying to log in an app (i.e. Dragonvale), it acts the same way as the browser. I have to use Opera Browser now. Please, if anyone knows what's going on, help!

how to set the opera in HD2 to show scroll bar?

i try to set it in 'about:config' but it has no response! i have checked the box of show scroll bar but no change! can anyone help! many thanks!
i havent tryd this so just guessing, but isnt it like the other scrollbars? where you have to hold your thumb far right for the scrollbar button to 'grow out'?
i've tried but the scroll box dont come out!
it is very inconvenient especially when need to drag down to the bottom. now i have to scroll with finger many times! pls help!
Has anyone found the solution to this problem yet?
Come on guys? Am I the only one who visit long web pages?
did anyone find a solution to this.
Is is not possible to have a pop-out enlargened scroll bay in Opera.
Sorry guys but Opera just doesnt have a real scrollbar. All you can see there is a sort of indicator, not more not less. It is just not an active part of Opera just a visual thing. You cant do anything about that...
How can these very basic function be missing in opera which is supposedly one of the best browser!
Even stranger is that I spend two hours searching and noticed that not much people are complaining about this......
Very bad when trying to read entries from wikipedia. Had to flick my finger till I feel like throwing the phone out the windows! Guess I've to start searching for an alternative browser.....
I often read large documents with opera. Getting to the bottom of one webpage I had to swipe down 500 times - yes I counted them!
I agree this should be a standard function of any browser.

[Q] Is there a way to "force" desktop view in browser (rather than mobile view)?

[Q] Is there a way to "force" desktop view in browser (rather than mobile view)?
Some websites show up as the mobile site, with no option to go to the full version.
http://www.newyorker.com is one. This is one of the main reason I bought the dang thing.
Any solutions that anybody knows of?
Thanks for any advice.
Later!
search and you will find wonderful things.
Maybe in the development forum there is something about this?
And if he searched and did not find anything, should he not post here?
type in your browser:
about:debug
hit enter
go into browser settings, debug, UAstring
then you can select android or desktop or iphone or ipad....the last two seem blasphemous tho..
and btw its not permanent.. if you restart or somehow close your browser you'll have to do it again.. I'm still looking for a permanent fix...

Well, it'd be hard not to, since there are 5 threads in the xom boards about it.
I gave him the answer either way.

Download files with Captcha (ex. Filesonic)

I cannot download files from sites where you have to set the password Captcha. I wait, I write the password, then I click the following link but instead to download the file, it download an html file of 200 bytes. I tried stock browser and Astro. Only Firefox works but Firefox is a beta then 3 times of 4 it freezes. Any suggestion?

Of all the browsers available, only opera mobile does this perfectly. I use it for all downloads.

Don't use the button on the site but use the go as darkpal says... twisted my head for ages till I put that one together...
Dolphin worked on one of the betas recently but was buggy as hell in every other way. Opera or skyfire work a treat though

Try playing around with switching to desktop/android modes.. also keep in mind filesonic has recently stopped working on Firefox on PC too so they have new systems in place to combat all the skipscreen like programs.
Jdownloader+captchatrader+jdown-remote-onAndroid = WIN.
Take WIN + dropbox and you have EPIC WIN!!

Internet Browser Crash

Is anyone having trouble with the regular internet browser? At least once a day when I try to open a bookmark I get a black screen and have to go out to the home screen and force close the app. I have a rooted phone but I don't think it has anything to do with it as I haven't flashed anything onto my phone or done anything special. I also clear my cache on a regular basis. Any advice would be appreciated!
I use chrome as my browser.

Agreed.
Stock browser is a pathetic clone of AOSP. It looks almost the same, but runs like poo.

HY,these days is good to have a browser that supports flash adn html5 because these are the most used formats.Chrome is a good browser, but doesnt have flash ,so no flashy stuff in some sites, but it performs very well,my suggestion is to stay with dolphin browser for the next 2~3 years.
Please press thanks if i helped.
Hey,
Dolphin Browser supports them.
But the YouTube sometimes doesn't work on HTC one. There's just voice with no video. Except this, Dolphin Browser is awesome.
Worth a shot.
