Note 3 will NOT recieve octa-performance patch - Galaxy Note 3 General

wow... already?!
I guess it's up to the devs ... if they can keep it cool
Link HERE

Let's hope the dev will release it anyway.
Maybe it would work with underclocked just a little so the temp wouldn't get as high as normal speed.
I'm ready to try it even if it overheat a lil and if it die.. I'll just get a S800 then... Haha

say the story. im interested in how u can convince us that u clocked in like that
A good looking result doesn't necessarily represents a better device.
If I were a little bit richer, I'll definitely ditch XT720!

[antutu][show your scores]

Its your turn to show off!
This is the place where you can post your Antutu benchmark score with pride. The winner is the contestant who can squeeze the highest Antutu score out of their Moto Atrix 2!
There will be no prise for the winner. Just pride .
So go ahead! Go download Antutu from Google Play if you haven't already, and come show the others who's boss!
I wish you all good luck .
(P.S. Post a screenshot and/or say what ROM you're running, so others know what to go for!)
Where are your scores? Take the initiative and post yours then I will follow up.
will as soon as i have fixed my bootloop problem lmao

finallt got round to posting my results
Wow these are high . Are you all just overclocking and doing nothing else? Or is there some well known secret to squeezing out this performance? My score is around 6240 running SCv6 1200MHz, btw (won't bother with screenshot since it's not all that hot).
I haven't figured out why my screenshot keeps messing up the colors.

Most screen shot apps have a check box to invert red and blue colors.....might want to try that.
Sent from my Atrix2 using Morse code.
Thanks for the help. I found it in the settings & now the colors aren't inverted.

I never thought i'd have a reason to post here since I'm not big into OC'ing, but, dang... i've never been able to reach 1200 stable on tweaked out GB... but on stock ICS... i'm impressed.

Soft Keys as notification light

Just got my blaze 4g and I love it. But I miss the soft keys as notification light when I had my vibrant in the miui rom. Can some1 make that a mod?
Sent from my SGH-T769 using xda app-developers app
It's the bln mod and I've been trying to add it to my kernel for a couple times but I've been busy with work but it will get here...eventually lol
----------------------------------------------
If helped don't be afraid to hit the thanks button it doesn't bite lol
I never even thought about that lol, great to here it will come btw I like your Bio wellington xD
This might be a good place to ask this: can I use setcpu with build 7 to underclock in an attempt to save battery?, I read somewhere it has to be compatible with the kernel, but didn't find much other info besides that..

If you're on my build 7 fixed then you can use set CPU without any problems
And yea I've been working on adding bln and voodoo sound but so far not much luck also trying to disable Sammy's debugging to save battery as well....ill see how it goes this week

Ahh thanks! I'm gonna try it out and underclock see if I can handle the CPU speed reduction for battery gain (hopefully).
I used to be jealous of my dads sII, all he uses it for is phone calls -.- but his reason for keeping it is his 'bad' eye sight. Probably more because of some .... I found in his history one day Dx but with dknight, Im very satisfied, and excited for whats to come once I get settled into school ill be sure to contribute, even if its just a couple bucks :/
Edit: just googled 'blaze deep sleep and first thing was a xda post of erikmm saying it was embedded already in your rom, just want to be sure :0...sorry for the essay..ehe

Coming from a BlackBerry to the Blaze, which seems to have a "gentle" vibration, BLN would be an absolute godsend.

Never fear CM10 is near

Arcee just answered a tweet & said CM10 is near, and should be ready in a couple of days
Edit: he was referring to the P990 though I'm not sure about the P999
Even if the p990 gets it first, we still should get it a few days later. We only have a few differences that RC should be able fix
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda app-developers app
gotta admit...RC has done so much work he damn i wish i was a developer and help the CM team :/ hopefuly this hurricane doesn't do anything so i can install stuff
On my one good computer, I was getting an android build environment set up to develop apps and try my hand at building android, but that computer has serious motherboard/harddrive issues. Its won't boot....

That's good to hear  the long wait maybe finally over. Thanks to all the devs who put in so many hours for the community!

According to ProTekk, I think he's part of the AOKP team, you should be good, here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1485861 he says minimum dual-core with 4Gbs of RAM.
I have a spare computer with intel core2 duo and 4Gbs of RAM and it compiles from source with no problem. I have noticed that it's slower without my SSD though. You'll probably need at least 120Gbs of hard drive disk space as I was having a lot of trouble with 64Gbs (in Ubuntu that is)
Hope this helps
Thanks for the link. Ill be checking this out after my work interview!

It just proves how worthless benchmarks really are.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
My benchmarks are unstable too, on Dalvik and ART.
Its not really important, but its more anoying.
1 of my friends got a S4, and says its faster.
And ofcourse when i benchmark when sitting next to him its low, and when i test it at home its high.
But benchmarks doesnt say that much, and alot of company`s cheat on the benchmarks.
I think it has to do with thermal throttling, I'm not sure though..
Thermal it is

I got a significantly higher 3Dmark score after I rooted the phone and kept it in a cool room for a few hours. A warm to the touch phone runs slower because the silicon is quite hot by then and throttling back to stay cool.
