Hi,
HTC Sense 4+ can record in 60fps, of course in a lower resolution. I flashed Black Jelly (CM10.1) on my One S, and apparently that feature is not included. Is there any way I can get that feature? or is it actually there? if so, how can I enable it?
Thanks!

Hey guys, so with CyanogenMod right around the corner, I was wondering if there was a way to replace the stock camera with the HTC camera/camcorder. (That is the only thing in my opinion that sense has over CyanogenMod)
The HTC camera has many more options to edit the quality and effects of the video and pictures I like to take.
I have read this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1712902 about Zeroprobe's custom kernel. Before I flash it on my HTC One S (4.0.4 stock ROM, SW version 2.31.401.5, rooted), I would like to understand :
Can I flash the ZeroMHL kernel on top of this ROM?
If I understood correctly, Wifi will not work anymore with this Kernel
I'm trying to capture videos for an app I'm developing, and unfortunately Screencast does not work with my app - I'm using OpenGL graphics and for some reason Screencast only records an emtpy black screen. So I was thinking of using something like Elgato's Game Capture HD, but the 24hz output of the HTC One S is not compatible with this HDMI capture device.
Thanks for the help!

Thanks a lot, great work !
I used your previous kernel on 4.0.3 before your update. Just a few feedbacks:
- Display on a TV is excellent. Really awesome solution
- Wifi works
- Capture through Elgato device does not work, image flickers and sometimes signal is lost. I suspect synchronization is faulty. Elgato says they can capture 720p at 60Hz though. Any idea why it doesn't work?
- When I unplug the MHL cable, the One S reboots (not a big deal, it's a demo unit anyway)
Thanks!
Can't help you on that one mate.
Hi there!
I've tried many roms but im always coming back to CM9 because I find it fastest and stabliest. But I'm really unhappy with CM9 camera.
So:
-Is it possible to make CM9 camera interface in 16:9 proportions?
-Is it possible to make CM9 camera record 1080p videos with working autofocus?
Answer my Q's and prepare for "thanks" avalanche
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1901917So:
Yes, maybe try the 4.2 MOD that has the 16:9 mode, the 22 nov one
No, also like in cm10 and 10.1, i think it won't be possible
But will 4.2 camera work with ics?
Yes, i think, maybe before do a nandroid, flash and check
if it doesn't work i'll look for other options...
For example THIS camera has 16:9 mode if you check 6.4 mp mode, and the + app that has no ads, but you musta pay
Hey, I'm a complete noob, I searched the forum, couldn't find anything dealing with this.
I flashed the new Viper one S 2.2.0 rom, and it seems to be working great.
There's a camera mod, not sure if it's exclusive to viper or if it's been used in other roms, but one of the options is to force video frame rate, with options 15fps, 24fps, 30fps, etc.
I tried the camera at all the different settings, but the video I got was all essentially 30fps. (somewhere between 28.5fps and 29.66fps)
What am I doing wrong? How can I force the video to the frame rate I want?
Thanks in advance.

stock camera is very good quality & working burst mode but it doesnt have force recording to 40 MB or sound recorder to 320 like in venom
but i use an app dont know where i found the source from jb 4.3.1 to use the photo sphere from it because it's cool feature
P.S : the 4.3.1 camera install doesnt override the original camera or gallery
