Does anyone know of a backup app which will backup then restore all of my apps without having the install window popup for each one. I currently have titanium backup installed, but it is very tedious having to hit install for my 100+ apps.

Try MyBackupPro.

Buy the pro version of titanium backup. Notice how the free version doesnt have hypershell enabled? Thats what you want, right there.

So for now I'm gonna stay stock rooted. But I am tired of seeing all these nonsense bloatware apps. Does anyone know what apps are safe to remove? Also can I just remove them via root explorer in system/apps or is there a better method.

There are numerous threads asking this same question; most of which even have answers in them. Here's an example of one to get you started: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1828541&highlight=freeze+apps
Okay thanks. But is it recommended to freeze them instead or can I just delete the actual apk?

I freeze them because I don't want any issues when OTA updates come along, but according to this thread you can delete them (and it provides a huge list of the ones to delete)
Sorry if theres already a similar topic but i'm mad that we have 811mb of RAM but 710mb are almost always being used. Just after rebooting the device some 40-50 apps/processes are already running and they start back even after clicking to clean memory.. What to do about that?

Just download Rom toolbox
And uninstall unwanted bloatwares or freeze unwanted services!

the stock firmware have a lot of preinstall apps, you can root it and delete them, or just flash a clear CM or ASOP firmware
