[WIDGET][2.3.3+] HUDclock, RoundClock - Android Apps and Games

Hi!
I'd like to show you two of my widgets that I've recently created!
HUDclock is a minimalistic, very simple time and date widget. I has dark and light theme along with other customization options like color opacity, customizable alignment.

Any comment is appreciated
Hope you like it! :laugh:

Like the HUD clock, decorating my hone screen now..
Could you remove the "am/pm' tag in the 24 hour format? The character spacing is quite less for it as well
Sent from my HTC Sensation

You can hide AM/PM by unticking "Show AM/PM" option in configuration menu. Cheers

Awesome work!! But could you update it to CHT 1.8.5?

[Q] UCCW and the widget bounding box

Hope I'm in the right place!
I kicked off my first UCCW project with a very simple task – a widget to display the next alarm time on the screen. As you can see from the graphic below its nothing fancy, no icons, just a hotspot to open the clock app when tapped.
The problem I have is illustrated by the bounding box around the widget when placed on the screen.
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The UCCW format I selected from the menu of available widgets was "UCCW 2x1". The 1×1 made the text too small. Obviously the bounding box is far too deep. But at that size no other desktop icons can be placed immediately below that widget,.and I can't resize the bounding box.
Clearly I'm missing something here as other UCCW projects I have looked at by other people don't seem to have this problem.
Advice most welcome.
No one ????
If there is a better place to seek UCCW questions please advise.
Thanx.

Widget that just makes an adjustable opaque black box...

Hello everyone, I was wondering if such a widget exists that essentially creates an adjustable black box that you can send behind widgets (send to back).
I use an old widget called "Advanced Clock Widget" that lets you hide the clock and data, essentially doing the same thing... but that's all I use it for.
Like this.

"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
These are different widgets with transparent backgrounds and this helps create a uniform look.

(in case the picture isnt showing for some reason)
Maybe you can use KLWP (Kustom Live Wallpaper) app for this purpose. It also has a Widget version.
It basically allows you to create customized live wallpapers and widgets.
thanks ill give it a shot

Subtitles backgroud transparency

So there is two backgroud options for subtitles

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
and second one is just like netflix has, but there is no way to make it transparent
Any chance to add transparency option to the second backgroud, the smaller one
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible. But, don't worry! We have shared this with our relevant team for further review and will strive to make this possible in future if it is found to be feasible. Meanwhile, your patience is appreciated
