My sony smartwatch shows a watch and phone synching when i double tap the power button. After few seconds a barcode appears and thats it. What's wrong with the watch ? Is the firmware gone corrupt ? Help plzzzzzzzzz.

reset your smart watch press power button for 30 sec and restart your watch. search for new Bluetooth devices and pair from the begging with new code. Make sure that you have been installed smart watch app and smart connect app both on your device i hope this helps.

Doing that would be very annoying. plus ur phone come with a sensor if u left ur phone alone it should turn of the screen very quick.
Someone have already managed to get it done on the Desire HD, Maybe someone can modify the apk to get it to work on the X10, or if there is an application that can do the same job.

When the mobile is off then I turn it on The screen does not light up and the LG logo Do not appear and hear only the startup tone and wait for seconds and then press the power button Until the screen lights up.This also happens when charging Mobile When is off the charging indicator does not appear. I know it's a small problem but it is causing me distress.... The other problem is that NFC.. When press the button to turn this feature on does not respond ..... almost I did not show this problem until after the update to version 10i
Please I want a solution to these problems ..Note / I did factory settings, several times and I've also UPGRADE RECOVERY Without any result

try installing the stock rom...it will solve all ur issues

Let's say someone managed to pair the watch to something that it's not compatible, say, a windows phone.
Now the watch is stuck on the screen that wants one to open the Smart COnnect app.
We all know that windows phone suck and doesnt have app for ****.
So how would one master reset in order to repair the watch to an android os phone?
Let's just say that holding down the power button for 5 minutes did nothing as well.
What's your solution to this problem?

In this situation coudn't you try to connect from an Android smartphone?
Other attempts: try if recharging the smartwatch unlock the screen, or let it discharge completely.

That's the weird thing, it wont pair with another phone since it's at the screen with the smart app request.
Sony's site want me to hold down the power for 15 seconds, or go to the Settings menu and select Reset.
The later choice is not an option since i cannot access the menu.
Gonna give the battery drain a try.

I'd try the power button first of all... if you keep it pushed the watch should power off and then you'll be able to power it on again and restart the pairing process...

Was buy today Smartwatch 2 - SW2. When I was unpack it from box, I was try turn it on and all I got is "SONY" sign on screen, number in up left: .32511 and nothing else.
My phone dont see my SW2 trough BT. My phone HotWind DG200 have ver. of android 4.2.2.
So, I dont get any else screen then that "SONY".
I now trying charge my SW2 - was think its 1th use and maybe battery is problem ...

can you turn it off?
if not try pessing the power button for more than 10 seconds and then restart normaly

Same problem here. Also noticed that the device in store on display had the same thing on the screen. And it was almost fully charged (98%) and still didn't turn on. Anyoen found a fix for this?
EDIT:
After many many reboots and connecting NFC spots to another it finally made a connection and about 15minutes later watch was working.

Press and hold power button for 5 seconds to shutdown then wait 3 seconds and press and hold power button again 5 seconds to power on and connection logo is appeared
just use a usb charger

Same problem on an usb hub. Just try a real usb charger. It solve the issu for me.

Same problem here, put the thing to charge and when I switch it on it shows that .3 25 11 message and nothing else happens, just bought it on amazon and didn't work since the very first moment... So I can guess it's going back to the shop with a promise of not buying anything else from this brand. Shame on Sony

I had the same issue
Back-up the data on your watch to your phone, then do a factory reset on the watch. After restart, do restore. All the old notification are gone, and the open app button works. Good Luck
