Finally, ClockworkMod Recovery[CWM] has been ported to Micromax A74 Canvas Fun, to install clockworkmod recovery to your phone follow these steps.
Installation Instructions :-
Make sure you have rooted your device before using CWM recovery, if you haven't rooted your device yet, go here ROOT MICROMAX A74 .
1. Download recovery.img here.
2. Download Mobileuncletools.apk.
3. Install mobile uncle tools and put the downloaded recocery.img in the root of your sdcard. (you can put it in any of the sdcard).
4. Open MobileUncleTools in your app drawer and tap on "RECOVERY UPDATE".
It will look for recovery.img and when you see the recovery.img tap on the "recovery.img"
Click on OK when prompted.
Now tap on OK again, reboot into recovery to make sure you have successfully installed CWM recovery.
To Reboot into recovery press "VOLUME UP + Power Key" untill you see the boot logo.
Don't say Thanks Click the button on the left side.

Hello guys,
My A110 Canvas 2 is rooted and superuser is present on my phone. But there is no recovery in it. And I'm also unable to boot into bootloader. Flashing recovery through mobile uncle tools is also not working. In order to flash CWM recovery, I need to boot into bootloader, but I'm unable to do it. When I run the command fastboot reboot-bootloader, the phone just restarts and doesn't enter bootloader. Help needed urgently.

Download ROM manager...
Click on flash clockwork mod recovery
Then u will see message on screen. "
recovery for a110 is not available"
Click option... select Micromax a70 from the
list
Download and flash ..recovery
of Micromax a70
Go to Mobile uncle tools, select recovery
update, select ur cwm file(recovery.img),
flash it.. voila

dude first put the cwm image in the SD card then open mobile tools and select recovery update and the select from SD card. now it showing recovery file in remote. so when u will put file it will show SD card

1.Download SP Flash Tool and Stock Rom For Micromax Canvas 3D A115 From Here
2.Extract The Stock Rom And SP Flash Tool
3.Now Download recovery.img from below attachment
4.Copy The Downloaded recovery.img to stock jb rom folder and replaced
5.Now open Sp Flash Tool and click on Scatter-loading and select MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
6.unchecked all except for recovery.img
7.Now click on "Download". Warning message will occur, but ignore that and click Yes.
8.You will see in the status bar below "Searching", now connect your phone (should be power off) to PC by holding volume up button
9.Wait for the process to finish and then you will get a window showing green circle.You have flashed CWM recovery successfully

1.Download Chainfire SuperSU from Here and copy it to Sd Card of your phone
2.Power Off The Phone
3.Press and hold volume up + volume down + power button untill the device turn on
4.Press volume up to continue in cwm recovery. Select Install Zip from Sdcard and install the SuperSU.zip
5.Reboot the Phone And Enjoy the Rooted Micromax Canvas 3D

hey guys u need to install custom recovery to install custom rom our device..
Download the CWM Recovery. (from below)
Rename it to recovery.img and transfer it to your sdcard.
Download MobileUncle MTK Tools from play store. or google it
Select the option "Recovery Update" from the app, and then when it ask for path, guide it to where you transferred the file to your sdcard.
Your phone will reboot into the cwm recovery. you get the custom recovery in your mobile....
and i also attached twrp custom recovery

I've held the Tecno P5, rooted it and now here is ClockworkMod recovery for the phone.

To Install ClockworkMod Recovery
Download CWM Recovery at the bottom of the post and put it at the root of your SD Card (Not in any folder)
Rename recovery image to ‘recovery.img’
Download and install Mobileuncle Tools and install it on your phone
Open Mobileuncle Tools and grant it root permission
Scroll to ‘Recovery Update’
Select ‘recovery.img’
Tap ‘OK’ to confirm
Done.
You can boot into recovery mode (Start phone while holding the Volume Up button) to access new recovery

Installation :-
0.Root Canvas XL2 from Here
1.Download the CWM recovery ^^^
2.Download Mobileuncle MTK Tools and Install.
3.In app go to Update Recovery.
4.Select Recovery Img.
5.Update it .It will take some time.
6.After it will Automatically boot in Recovery or In app go to Reboot recovery.
7.Done CWM is Flashed. Enjoy!!

First I couldnt get MTK tools to find the img file. (put it in the root of your sdcard everyone). Next, when i said updated recovery, it just took 1 second and said 'reboot into recovery'. when i rebooted, it was still stock recovery. Any help appreciated.
EDIT2: IT WORKS. Use the Flashify tool to flash the recovery img. Now we have CWM. Lets repartition our sdcards and use link2sd!
