i have a weird problem...some of my apps (sliding messaging, helium, bank of america) all have black text on black background...is anyone else having this problem? and im not sure how to get rid of it...i have done clean installs many times and that solves the problem..but then after a bit it happens again..i dont have the PAC in black turned on either..im on the 9/19 nightly..i wouldnt care if i could change the font colors of the system to something else but it does not look like that is possible..any feed back would be great thanks!
Turn off hardware acceleration on the apps that do it.

Always backup before doing any mods to your device.
This keyboard should work on most Froyo Roms. I have ony tested it on CM-6-09282010-NIGHTLY-Inc.
If the keyboard FC's try installing the attached zip.
Please post the rom you're on and whether it works or not. So others will know. Thanks!
Enjoy!
Thx!

I installed it but nothing changed. How do I switch to the keyboard?
Nevermind after reboot it showed up. It looks good and works well on skyraider.
Thanks it works great!

ShadowROM. I had a multitouch keyboard already installed and was able to install this over it, if that matters.

In your pictures you have a button for smilely faces. How does one get that?

That is usually when you have a text client like google voice or hand cent up and running.

Won't work for me on Virtuous. I'd really like to use this keyboard, any ideas?
Edit: Got it working on Virtuous, had to install with root explorer. LOVE THE KEYBOARD! NICE JOB, and THANKS!

That will only show on some mms apps it depends on the rom your on. It will also show on a few other apps. Try gtalk.
Thanks for the share. I saw this in the X section this morning. WJD rocks. Works great on uncommon.
Well, after I rebooted my phone the keyboard went back to its default appearance. Not sure what to do to make it stick.

Works fine for Virtuous, just takes up the whole screen and it may be my theme, but I can see text input screen behind it. Besides that it works perfect.
Yes, not surviving a reboot on virtuous. How do we fix this?
Update: wierd thing, i went to reapply the file for the 3rd time and the file is just gone. Where did it go?
Works great on Ruby 1.1.1.

This works for MIUI, however the font is miscroscopic. Any way to crank up the font? Maybe it's the rom doing it...
Works beautifully with Uncommon Sense v1.0.
any way to change the color of the keypress to something... white or gray maybe? oh, and also i could do without the droid x eye, but it doesnt bother me much since i dont use the voice option much
Found this after installing CM7 and thought I would share it with you guys. It's quite nice.

Thanks for the recommendation. My kindle looks well right now!
Wow! This looks great on my Fire!
Once I get CM7 up this weekend, I'll definitely check this out!
This theme works phenomenally well with the Fire, thanks for pointing it out. With the added customization options in CM7 you can really fit this perfectly to the 7" screen. Paired with the new 7" tablet friendly version of Go Launcher EX it makes for a dream of a UI. Gave you thanks.
Looks amazing. Thank you

There is a tablet friendly version of Go Launcher? Or is it just the same Go Launcher that's in the market?

It's next version of Go Launcher, which will be tablet-friendly, 2.71 Beta 3 currently.
Should be shortly in Android Market.

Wifi color seems a little buggy. Sometimes it works for me, sometimes it doesn't. Maybe color is for open connections and grey is for secure?
I'm having some issues with the wifi indicator as well. Under wifi the kindle will show full connection but the indicator will read one or two bars. It doesn't slow down or anything though. *shrugs* It's not annoying just something that I've noticed
Running great so far... I too have no wifi strength color but oh well
Wifi and data color indication has always been buggy in CM7, does it for me even with the stock themes on a majority of my devices. Doesn't affect anything. Love the theme tho. Use the phone version too!

I'm having the same problem. Did you get this to finally work correctly? If so, how?
Thanks in advance.
I have read several articles online saying the Droid Razr HD has options to edit the lockscreen after the update to 4.1. I can't seem to get to these settings am I missing something? For example I have found in several places to follow these steps:
To customize your lock screen, go into Settings, tap on Security, then tap on Lock screen options. From here, you'll be able to set up Shortcuts.
In the attached pictures you will see I don't have this option to select. I know I could use widget locker and actually I have tried it but I cant configure one set of media buttons to work with Google Play, Pandora and my podcast player Doggcatcher even when using Tasker. Can anyone tell me if I am wrong or why I keep finding articles saying I can edit the lock screen in 4.1?
I have a rooted Droid Razr Maxx HD I bought from Verizon running the 4.1 OTA update. I do have somethings frozen with Titanium Backup but I don't think anything I have frozen would affect this setting.
Below are two of the sites that lead me to think I could do this.

I'm still a noob so thanks for any help.

Lockscreen widgets are a feature from 4.2 which isn't available on the RAZR HD or DROID RAZR HD. You could try widgetlocker or another lockscreen replacement
Sent from my XT925 using xda app-developers app
Thats right, i'm using Widgetlocker, to make "different" the lockscreen, it a really cool app the detail is that when you put a code to you phone you have to unlocked twice 1 for widgetlocker and 1 for the phone

Americans felt the need to rebrand the phone as DROID RAZR. Also its XT926 instead of XT925 but that's CDMA vs GSM/UMTS/wtvr

Hey guys, I am a big fan of inverted apps and found this project
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183408
I am going to give it a try, but I was wondering if anyone else has tried it before, or anyone was interested. Our amoled screen is capable of saving a lot of energy with black pixels, you know..

only it's TFT, not amoled, so while inverted apps might happen to look nicer, the battery saving will not occur at all

Yeah have been doing that since the 4.3 experimental leak for moto X.. Go find a thread in general called "Maxx Developers Edition" or something.... Skrilax has even found a way to disable the nav buttons and enable the capacitive ones... Its got its limitations though...
Which MotoX build works for you? Can you post a link? I know Skrilax_CZ is having website issues, so I can't find any fun stuff to flash.
