Well there is a way... but I haven 't tried it since I can't root my Xperia J for now...

Samsung galaxy y duos s6102 and I am stuck with Gingerbread...
I'm excited, but not sure if s3 mini will get it.

Sorry but this processor is too weak for running cyanogenmod.Also the RAM is low either.

Select Only User APPS and Avoid system apps like samsung services and try ignoring it should work
No, it's not a problem. The Android ID is a randomly generated thing when you first boot the device. Normally, apps do not care about this ID, but some paid ones do lock onto a single ID so it cannot be shared by posting the APK.
This is an insanely outdated copy protection method though, as many people has more than one device (tablets), so you can just ignore it. Either press yes or no, it does not matter. If you're afraid to break anything, just say no to the restore.
