You can try this method, I did it to replace the regular camera with the 4.3 camera with photo sphere.
Download the apk for aosp mms (or just extract it from an aosp Rom)
Download titanium backup
Make a backup of secmms.apk (touchwiz messaging app) it might also be called messenger
Uninstall it
Install the new mms.apk
Reboot phone

As the title states I was wondering if I installed a S3 Touchwiz Launcher would I be able to install the Samsung MusicPlayer apk.? I'm running Scotts CM10 11/04 build and I was able to install Samsung Job Manager apk. through Recovery but no matter what I do I can't figure out how to install the Music Player. I've seen and heard of people who have been able to install it but I got nothing! Would the S3 Touchwiz Launcher work for installing Samsung stock apps such as MusicPlayer? Thanks in advance!
No...most Samsung apps have touchwiz dependencies that are located in the frameworks...not the launcher. The apps you can install are apps that don't require the touchwiz dependencies to run/install

I think i made a huge mistake I tried to flash Galaxy note 2 camera and gallery and it crashed my camera and gallery app. Does anyone have a flashable (zip) file of stock jelly bean 4.1.1 Camera and Gallery so I can reinstall my file. Thank you in advance!!!!

hello! i have a samsung nexus s, stock rom 4.1.2, marmite kernel and I tried to install the camera and gallery from jelly bean 4.2 and it did not work, now I can not use these applications, they always crash. is there any way to go back? maybe reinstall the 4.1 camera and gallery? thanks everybody

It happend to me.
Camera hw was broken.
Replace it and that's all.
Are we able to flash the stock Samsung Camera on an AOSP ROM?
Written with a "Vengeance" by my GS3.
I believe that's a no, since the TW camera is basically tied into the framework, etc.

A lot of the AOSP roms are adding the option of flashing the TW camera now. Beans build does and so does Synergy I think. Make a request in the thread maybe

You can install one of many camera apps from the playstore, a personal favorite of mine is procapture https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.neaststudios.procapture&hl=en

its not possible because all samsung stock apps run on touchwiz framework !
aosp based roms dont run on tw framework so its clear that all the stock sammy apps like s-note, music player, camera, etc wont work with aokp/cm10 and other aosp based roms !

I am using AOSP ROM (4.2.2 - Supernexus 2.0). So I am not asking for stock Sammy apps. I am looking for pure android original video player. I always hate TW Framework.

can you check using the root browser for the video player apk in your system/app?? if there is that'll definitely benefit the both us ... thanks ya!
