This is puzzling, you have [Q] on thread header, meaning its a question you wish to ask, yet say its a Guide to downloading Firmware, which is not the case as you are mentioning about Flashing ROMs, which is not fully complete. For not all firmware comes as one package.
so suggest you change the thread header and provide more details to be a Guide, which should include solutions for problems that one could encounter by following it

You can root pretty much any MT6575 using a method like this, but MTK Droid Tools will make a CWM recovery that is compatible with your device, just use the guide below. You will need the tool in post #1 then look at post #5 for directions.

when your phone connects to Odin3, just flash the stock i9100G ROM, and you will have recovered , no need for any jtag. Just make sure the ROM is for i9100G

High speed WiFi data transfer from comp to phone at zero cost.

Folks here's a tutorial for u to transfer data from your comp to phone without using data cable.
All you need is a WiFi connection on your phone and comp through a common router.
I use a normal Tp link WiFi router.
Install this Software data cable app on your phone.
Link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cwa3hwq54e64kwo/Software Data Cable.apk
And install this on your comp:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_coreftp/
Now after u install the apk on ur phone.. Open it. Select sync PC option.
Now u have three option below Start service, Stop& exit and settings.
Now select Settings..
Select Username and pasword---> fill in with your choice of them.
Select Change port number.. The default is 8888. U can change any number u like...( based on ur numerology :laugh and click save.
Now click start service.
Install Core Ftp on ur pc( windows xp/7/8 32 or 64bit)
click on new connection
Type in the ipaddress and port number and the user name and password from the apk that u installed.. ( displayed in the app)
Now wait for it to connect..once its connected just drag and drop files for transfers..
Free data transfers at 40MB/s +

Guys help me find model number micromax

Note : I am not a n00b, but the situation is like this:
I need to ask this into Question and Answer forum but currently It's not available (May be server down or link dead). I got a Micromax Canvas Tablet gifted by friend because he has forgot the pattern lock. And I went to recovery and decide to wipe/clear data and cache but unfortunately, this option is not available only two option:
1) Update from adb
2) reboot system now
Then, I decided to flash it but don't know the model number, I asked to him and he forgot it, but his guess was "p4__" and I google it, and found Micromax P480, so I downloaded the rom and try to flash with "Download" option but SPFlashtool error message (I don't remember) and recommended me to use Format All + Download option, then I proceed with this step, the flash has gone successfully with no errors but problem is touch screen is not working at all. I get language selection screen and I can't click on next or anything. All hardware buttons are working like volume and power. I pressed Power button and I came to know I have to press at the bottom-end of the screen.
After 2 days, I found a small written something, and I looked it carefully and that text was T702_ I think it's a model number and give search for Micromax Canvas P702 on google to look at photos, everything matches except the dts written on backside. Anyway I tried to try this firmware and this time SP flash tool giving me error "Chipset doesn't match".
Now, I am so tired finding this tablet model, please does anyone have similar tablet or anyone have good knowledge with Micromax phones? My friend has thrown the box and bills so no documents.
