Guys, here is the newest (I believe, it's just couple days old) radio
I extracted from 3.17 base.
I do apologize that I still can't let the base out at the moment,
but I can get you guys about this. Nice radio though.
Just download it and put it under recovery. and you're all set.

Thanks. The updater script does not show the new radio version which seems to be 4T.20.3218.03_10.10.17.1718.01L
I had to use the script, could not flash radio.img with fastboot.

DB = DropBox?
Attached RadioUpdate3.17.zip to my Android cloud in DropBox
nevermind ....
This can just be flashed in recovery? I thought for radio updates etc you had to relock your phone then s-on blah blah and all that good stuff?
Edit: NVM I did some searching and found out that's for firmwares
@Onepagebook
Thanks for sharing the radio.
Could you please add the ril files too (htc_ril.so, etc...) ?
Just flashed and so far I have the same signal level as the previous radio (4A.19....)

i have asked @godfirst a couple of days back and from what i understood from his reply, we can flash it. There shouldn't be any problem

First, this post isn't for most people. If you want to flash your radio via recovery, see HERE. This way is easier in most cases. Otherwise, continue with this post.
Note: Flashing a radio by any method can brick your phone if something goes wrong... which it shouldn't. Flash at your own risk. It worked for me, for what that is worth.
HBOOT Flashable Radio Download.
Download the file, rename it to HERCIMG.zip.
Place HERCIMG.zip on the root (top level) of your SDcard.
Reboot into bootloader, or hold VOLUME DOWN + POWER from power off.
Make sure you are in HBOOT mode, if not read the screen on how to get there.
Once HBOOT is up, it will automatically find HERCIMG.zip and scan it.
You will see it found a radio and wants you to press "ACTION" to continue.
Press the trackball once, then wait. Once it's finished you can reboot.
You are done.
Thanks to Nfinitefx45 for posting the radio in his ROM thread, post #2.
S-OFF Method I used can be found here.
Thanks for this. My university blocks 4shared (along with Megaupload and Rapidshare ). It's sometimes a pain to get the file I need. Thankfully I had s-off.

No problem. By the way, if you need a dropbox link you should just ask... plenty of people here use it, or so it seems.
I can mirror the other radio zip if you want it.

Guys this is broken, but it does boot.
I don't really plan to do anything more with this, posting it for others to play with
Data for sure doesn't work, may just be APNs, may be a bigger issue (TMo has no LTE apparently?)
Probably many other things broken, but if you want to check out JellyBean Touchwiz, here you go.
Its just the TMO stock rom with the 4.1.1 OTA patched in and then pre-rooted
Includes a system and boot image. (unzip before odin'ing)
Enjoy!

Agreed..
If I wasn't already working on various projects for bean's ROM, I'd take my stab at getting some stuff to work. Or, knowing beans, perhaps he'll be jumping on this lol.
Thanks for Start!
Hopefully someone can do something with this! I'm one of the few that actually like
the new touchwiz, but I like Jelly Bean more. I'd prefer to have them both!
I love how quick the dev community works. I am also amazed at the rudeness of some people who don't contribute. Entitlement seems to be on the rise. XDA should have a thanks meter for allowing posts in the dev section instead of a post count.
Thanks for flash testing this and all your work for the vwz s3.

Hi
I have just updatet my PAC rom from 22.01 to 23, but it only shows a flickering blue screen, only solution was to pull the battery and reflash another rom.
I flashed 22.3 and is working like a charm, except that WIFI will not turn on, several places mention it is due to kernel problems, but i can not figure out witch kernel to flash??
If i go back to 22.01 WIFI works fine.
I would love to go to 23, but can't find anything that would solve that.
Anyone?

While the International version may flash, I would doubt you would have fully working device. I know I would not risk it.
