Guys this is broken, but it does boot.
I don't really plan to do anything more with this, posting it for others to play with
Data for sure doesn't work, may just be APNs, may be a bigger issue (TMo has no LTE apparently?)

Its just the TMO stock rom with the 4.1.1 OTA patched in and then pre-rooted

I love how quick the dev community works. I am also amazed at the rudeness of some people who don't contribute. Entitlement seems to be on the rise. XDA should have a thanks meter for allowing posts in the dev section instead of a post count.

Kernels on the s3 seem to be pretty much interchangeable I have noticed. I was using an att kernel and a sprint kernel before we had imoseyon kernel.

He didnt do anything and I dont think he flashed it I just tried and it fails ,I cant even get it extracted to do anything with it lol ,I downloaded it 5 times and same thing

Hi, i recently updated my Samsung infuse 4g to the official GB 2.3.6 that Samsung and AT&T released through KIES mini. The version is UCLB3 and i haven't found any guides to install CWM. Im new to rooting and dont have much experience, please help.

why would you do that use kies...there is a 85% chance of it getting gooned up...or am I missing something here?
you can just use the one click hiemdall to go back to stock...LB3, and there are methods to odin stock, rooted ....
and for one click there are also methods for rooted stock...

No, I flashed already using CWM 6.0.1.0, I don't know why he used the verbiage "unlocked"

I used his Cleanrom on my Rezound. Good roms and he updates the. Often with new features and quickly fixes bugs.
I recommend them, just have to keep up with it over on his site as he does not use XDA anymore.

I'm just happy we have another Rom available... I love Synergy and Beans roms but I'm a crack flasher.

I do post on XDA and I post frequently.
I have two ROMS out that are NOT on XDA... Yet... ONe will be tonight.
I have a friend that runs another Dev site and he has helped me out a lot learning things I didint know.
I am posting my NEW work exclusively to his website for the first week to try and help him get his website rolling.
Noobs have nothing to do with anything. I like working with newbs.

I was going to mention this to you yesterday, but I was fretting over the nook... :silly:
Feel like a Newb
Has anybody else been getting errors in Clockwork Recovery. I have downloaded Milestone 2 for this ROM almost three times and everytime I try to flash, it accesses the file but installation gets aborted for some reason.
I can flash any other rom normally. Just had to flash AOKP again

i have a flashable zip for the kernel at home, although I'm not sure it's the most current. Erik was working on android stuff all night and just went to bed two hours ago. When I hear from him I'll find out wassup. Depending on the scheduler/governor combo battery life can really suck. e.g. vr + lagfree. There is some stuff he wants to do to it still. Also, to answer a question from the dev thread this is CWM not TWRP recovery.
Would it be alright if you could pm me and send me a flash able zip? Whenever you have the chance?

whats good y'all? im trying to root a i727 and the SU zip that i have gotten from the HOW TO guides is not working, it downloads fast and wont install on the phonel. is there a different zip file for ICS 4.0.4? Ive searched this fourm and have no gotten anywhere, Im using TWRP.
Any particular error message? Also are you flashing the SuperUser zip file or the SuperSU zip file???

If it's not DLing right there is something wrong with your browser settings. Just DL it to your comp then copy it to the rocket. It's a small file so it should only take a sec or two to DL.

its not you, devhost seems to be having issues today, its seems ok now, if not try another browser
I've tried explorer and firefox and still getting failed/ aborted. I know my browsers fine cause I rooted my t989 with no problems.. I figured the skyrocket would be easy to root.

its damn easy, if its not easy its user error, is it the su file you are having issues with dling from devhost, if it is then the problem is not with the phone.
ill upload it to xda and see if u can dl it

I finally figured out the issue that i was having, the SD is not working, swapped another SD and everything is working propley, FINALLY!!

its easy when the SD works properly, Whats the most stable rom for the skyrocket? im running slimbean 3.0 on my t989 and it flawless, put it on the skyrocket and the playstore and gmail dosent work?

LOL. No where on the rules does it state that best threads are not allowed. Some sub forums let them go and some don't. It's the MODs decision for a given forum whether or not to allow them.

The Rules
MODS have seen fit to let my avatar fly. If it needs to be removed because someone is offended I'm sure I'll be the first to here about it.
I have in fact read the rules sir but I will talk to the mods to get a definite answer I pm'd PR who is not online but I promise you Google has shown more than one mod saying the same thing.

Yeah I'd like to hear there take on it as well. I don't disagree with you at all that they aren't needed. It's just hard to have one MOD allow it and others not. I just got done reading that thread that you linked to and it looks like this conversation has been had by greater minds then ours. If it's gonna be enforced though it should be clearly stated somewhere(like the rules) that it is not OK to do so.
