[Q] CM 10.1.1 Release 3 update to CM 10.1.1 Release 4

Hi,
I has update my i9001 (S Plus) the first time to [ROM] [JB 4.2.2 JDQ39E] [GCC 4.9] CyanogenMod 10.1.1 Release 3 --- Kernel 3.4.x from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212409
It works ferfectly. Thanks for this great work. I used TWRP.
Now, I see a new Update Release 4.
My question: How can I update Release 3 to Release 4. Can I or have I use TWRP? What happen with my settings. There overwritten?
Sorry for my bad question, but I'm a newbee.

Hi, I install this ROM [ROM][STABLE][Android 4.4.4] CyanogenMod 11 with 3.0.16 kernel [July 1, 2014], and still i have in info KERNEL 1.5.3, i try install manual new kernel 1.7.0 and still is in info 1.5.3 version, why ?

Hi: I'm running a cyanogen based rom: Ultimatum v4.9 based on CM7.2 on a Galaxy Ace s5830 with ext4 partition. I'm wondering if this TWRP version will work on it as it is not based on as far as I know on Omnirom . Appreciate any input/suggestions - Thank you - Steve

I wrote before, cm11 has some stability issues. Sometimes, transactions have slow down and ui has been unresponsive.
I tried to fix it with modifying android built-in lowmemorykiller parameters. And I did it.
I hope you can find a native solution for that. Thanks.
