Seeking help from Italian users

cerco aiuto in quanto tempo fa' avevo installato una rom (non ricordo quale)
e installando la rommi si e' installato anche un immagine durante la fase di avvio del telefono.ora vorrei cancellare questa immagine visto che non utilizzo piu' la rom ho provato in mille modi ma niente non ci riesco,ricordo che tramite root explorer si poteva cancellare ma non mi ricordo i passaggi da effettuare,se qualcuno mi puo' aiutare cli ne sarei tanto grato grazie in anticipo a tutti.

Buongiorno a tutti, chiedo scusa in anticipo se non scrivo nella sezione giusta, ma mi preme cercare di risolvere e capire l'entità del problema che ho sul mio smartphone.
Da qualche giorno al momento della ricezione o della mancata risposta ad una chiamata mi compare una schermata che mi indica il numero che mi chiama e cosa posso fare di questo numero, segnalarlo come spam, indirizzarlo ad una categoria o altre funzioni, con in bella evidenza delle normative sulla privacy del servizio. Ho cercato attraverso le impostazioni di eliminare questa schermata ma pur avendo tolto tutte le spunte immaginabili e possibili, continua a comparire.
Ho provato a cercare se questa appartenesse a qualche app scaricata involontariamente , ma nulla nessuna risposta.
Qualcuno che abbia il mio stesso problema o ne abbia sentito parlare mi potrebbe dare qualche soluzione?

Hello to everyone, I apologize in advance if I do not write in the right section, but I try to try to solve and understand the extent of the problem I have on my smartphone.
For a few days when I receive or miss a call, I'll see a screen that tells me the number you call and what I can do with this number, report it as spam, address it to a category or other features, of the privacy policy of the service. I've tried through the settings to delete this screen but even though all the imaginable and possible shots have been removed, it continues to appear.
I tried to find out if it belonged to some app unintentionally downloaded, but nothing answered.
Does anyone who has my own problem or heard of it could give me some solution?

Touchscreen ISSUE

Hi, first of all sorry for my (very) bad english.
I bought an Internation version of this smartphone and i noticed the same issue on 2 different model. Furthermore, in an italian forum we unfortunately noticed that the problem is common.
Practically, when i touch and use the touchscreen at the left-down side of the display, at a specific point, the touchscreen does not start to work well and the motion is inconstant. Obviously it happen in every application or menu, so it's an hardware problem, not software.
To be more specific and accurate, i make a video:

Look what happened at the beginning of the video and at the 6/7 second... it's easy to see what i wrote above.

Risolvo solamente togliendo le gestures e riabilitando i tasti funzione, quindi non è un problema hardware

In my case the problem still remain after disable gestures.
DIsabilitando le gesture non cambia nulla, il problema persiste, con la differenza che i tasti a display rubano una porzione di schermo e quindi l'area "difettosa" diminuisce, rendendo meno percepibile la problematica.

Allora nel tuo caso è un problema hardware. Se abilito la barra di navigazione il problema scompare, ed in ogni caso è circoscritto alla sola lettera "a".
I think you have an hardware problem. If I enable the nav bar, the issue disappear.

Se guardando il mio video hai constatato che il tuo fa uguale, vedrai che non cambia nulla anche in altre circostanze, magari fai solo più fatica a notarlo.

Ho visto il video, e non ho quel problema. Ho solo la lettera "a" leggermente più "pigra" rispetto a tutte le altre lettere. E, ripeto, se disabilito le gestures e abilito la navbar, il problema scompare.
I don't have the same issue explained in the video.
I've only the "a" letter lazy, only that. And, I repeat, if I enable the nav bar the problem disappear.
Edit: uso la Gboard di Google. Il problema della "a" pigra ce l'ho solo se imposto l'altezza della tastiera su "bassa". È sufficiente impostarla come "medio/bassa" e il problema scompare.
I use Google's Gboard. The "a" lazy key problem disappear with "medium/low" keyboard dimensions.

You can try to adjust the screen ? or change another screen protector

P20 camera acting strange

SInce few days (before EMUI 10 update), my camera is acting strange... THere is a white windows sliding in and out when I try to take a picture.

Hello guys, i had the same issue with my P20 (italian TIM branded). I found out it was related with the "ok google" management as I found the name of the white screen "app" in the recent apps: "Ok Google enrollment" as you can see in the screen I posted here. So I made contact with Huawei support, and they told me to apply a fix, which was basically wipe the memory of camera app and google play services, then to wipe cache in the before-boot menu. I did it by only wasted time. So I kept trying and It seems to me that turning off geo tag in camera settings fixed the problem. I usually keep it on, but it was a fair compromise for that moment.
Anyway I did a factory reset yesterday and reconfigured my phone with geo tag enabled in camera app, and I'm not sure why but seems to be working fine now too.
PS. This issue appeared in my phone just after upgrading to EMUI 10

I even roll back from 10 to Android 9.1, did a hard reset and still have the same problem with the camera.
I deleted cashe and data for the camera app, but no luck.

Yes. Same here. Started week before update to 10 and continues with 10. Video recording stops randomly after 3...10 seconds.

"Ok Google" is related to the problem. But I don't know how to fix it

I've have fixed the issues by disabling Google Feed on my Home. The Google Feed is the last panel of Your Home. Go to home settings -> feed -> and turn it off.

Ho visto dagli screenshot che sei Italiano Purtroppo ti confermo che il problema si è ripresentato. In un primo momento non me lo faceva più e ora ha ricominciato a farlo. Ho provato anche a disabilitare "Ok google" ma senza risultati. Provo a sentire l'assistenza Huawei, magari se segnaliamo in tanti l'anomalia faranno un aggiornamento software. Se lasci la fotocamera aperta per più o meno 30 secondi, smette di farlo. Certo, se devi fare una foto punta e scatta sei fregato, però perlomeno puoi fare foto e video

Purtroppo qui la situazione è anche peggiorata, ora lo fa anche con altri programmi e l'altra sera, facendo una foto è comparsa la pagina bianca, dopodichè è stato necessario uscire dall'applicazione altrimenti non scattava più le foto. Purtroppo il cellulare non è mio ma di un'amica, fra l'altro mi dice che ora il problema si verifica anche con altre applicazioni, tipo whatsapp. Le ho suggerito di chiamare come hai detto tu, dalla chiamata hai avuto qualche riscontro? Secondo me è un problema dell'ultimo aggiornamento software.

Ciao, penso di aver risolto disinstallando l'app di Facebook e riavviando il telefono. Ovviamente la app di Facebook non l'ho più re-installata. Fai un tentativo, da quando l'ho fatto non ho avuto più problemi.
