hi,
can any body please help me,
I am not able to instal any sense rom in my explorer,
or any rom which requires sd-ext partition,
i have successfully created ext3 partition(1 GB), swap size : 0
wipe data/factory reset,
flash rom.
but it didnt work for me yet,
m using ClockWorkmod Recovery 5.0.2.8
i have also tried to reset my phone many time after flashing rom,but same thing happens,
phone stuck at htc beatsaudio screen.
also,
i have wiped dalvic cache,wipe cache partion,everything did what i can do,but nothing work for me,
roms which do not need a partition working perfectly,
i am using minitool to create partition,
plz help.......
will anybody reply here ?????????

i have tried,but didnt work for me,i think there is a problem in linking with partition.

thanks buddy,i tried using different recovery,and now its working,and now reading your reply,you are absolutely correct, philz worked,
but only feature is not there to create a partition philz,means philz cant create a partition like CWM 5,
but its working,,,

Is there a way to install a ClockworkMod Recovery in galaxy fit in one of the Custom Roms now available here.
Clockworkmod recovery is not available for galaxy fit yet..nor its ported for fit yet

Have you yourself tried backup and restore? ? Because it didn't worked for me when I flashed cwm with TASS.ops

I stand corrected. What I meant was that the backup and restore feature was listed under CWM list. When I tried it now , its not working.

i flashed it with the BENI_v1.0.ops instead of the TASS.ops "the tass one didn't open the recovery at all"
but after i did the wipe options there was a boot error and the phone hang on the G-Fit logo so i flashed another rom with it's recovery to remove it and then re-installed the cm7
The cwm for galaxy mini is developed for ext4 format and our fit yet does not support ext4..
Try to wipe data factory/reset from cwm...it says successfully for all but format SD card with ext4 fails....
Waiting till someone ports cwm for fit....got to live with stock recovery till then...

Wanted to add something here...
When was on galaxy mini cm7...had cwm installed...and I did try to back up my rom and was successful at doing that...I din't try 2 restore it though as din't want 2 brick my phone ;p

Thats not a portetd cwm and nor it support ext4 so dont try stuffs like darktremor a2sd..this cwm is just to flash patches to fix common mic and video bug

I have installed it.. after that when i m going to install any application like angry birds, root explorer etc, it restarted....
I thought its installing error.. so i reinstalled it using CWM. but again i face that error...
Can u solve this error???
Right now i m using razodroid v4.....

i am using razo too but did not faced any such problem !!!
Try again by flashing the rom ..

You titled it as "CM7-RC2" and wrote you are using Razo...
What do u mean really?...
And this thing doesnt happen with my CM...
So plz perform a neat and clean(including wiping data and cache) and then it will work...

He faced that problem when he using CM7.2 RC 2

I've just installed this ROM, and installed some apps. Everything just fine..no reboot problem while installing apps.
I did wipe data/reset before and after install the zip file.

Camera is already fixed in latest build...
You installed a older build

Successful!!!! Thanks for the help.
I noticed another bug aside camera flash.
MOBILE NETWORK is not working (I never tested wifi yet)
I can't download even 500kb size app in the play store
B4 I downloaded all the necessary file for CM including the rom it self using my gt-s7500 only without any computer.
I thought the problem is the network signal but when I restore my old rom the mobile netwok was gud and really fast.
Now I'm back in GB rom.
I always use mobile network specialy when I'm out of town so i really want it to work.
Do you know how to fix this?

So CWM is working?
Probably you can reflash your rom. Of course you will lost your data which is not on the sd card, but at lest you will have a working phone.

You can try any other rom for your phone...

hmmm, well if you still want help with your issue start by giving some more info, like link to rom you use, any scripts or mods you`ve used and what app/program you used to partition your sdcard
