So CWM is working?
Probably you can reflash your rom. Of course you will lost your data which is not on the sd card, but at lest you will have a working phone.

You can try any other rom for your phone...
Where did you get the Chainfire?

You'd better try hard reset first before doing anything.

i tried restarting to no avail... i even tried wiping data and cache still the error wifi error persist.... thanx for your advice buddy....

Flash a custom kernel as well.. cause stock kernel doesnt support sd-ext partitions

why dont you just flash a rom? you wont have your data and apps but phone will work fine.
are you on stock jellybean rom ?

then just flash the same rom u have. dont clear data. then u will have everything. simple.
