[Q] ChevronWP7 Help

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I don't usually post (just lurk) but I recently got a Samsung Focus with WP7 and I want custom ringtones. I tried ChevronWP7 but get this:
Any and all help is appreciated.
I have an image but can't post it right now
Anyways, it says "sorry, but..."
- Zune is not active
- Unlock your device (PIN wise)
- Make sure your phone is connected via USB
I have done everything but it still won't work

I have idem problem :/

Here on forum is a lot of answer. But the fastest for you will be this:
Check your phone for version what you have right now.
If its : 7.0.7390.0
Then u need to downgrade. And thats where am i stuck too ))

maybe you have reached your 10 xaps limit? I have the same issue after I side loaded 10 xaps, searching for Chevron with the limitation removed.

You're not wrong, thanks That is the version I have so I guess I'll look around for downgrade options.

[Q] Pls help, need interop unlock for my HTC Titan preload Mango

Guys, i'm new here just wanna figure out some points so i need expert like you guys able to help me (sorry to post in this forums as i'm new and not allowed to post in dev forums)
I'm in Thailand buying 1st windowsphone HTC Titan (should be UK release). I'm done chevron unlock for few weeks now, but cant find any benefit from it until now (i cant sideload any app)
1. How actually i can sideload app that has no needed interop unlock capabilities (what i need to install in my phone or desktop to sideload it) as i try some apps that said it needed no interop but it fails
2. How can i interop unlock my phone (my firmware is 7220)? as i see more difficualty than all of you guys, as i run my HTC connection and it's tell me that "the carrier is not existed in database......" so i think i cant use this way to interop my phone.
3. I wanna check out whether i fully unlocked by chevron or not? how can i know it is unlock? (the only app that i can sideload is Heatcliff's HTCINTEROPUNLOCK xap)
Please help i also dont understand MS in my country not support my language at all, may be because the piracy in my country is terribly high, but i'm not that kind of. I'm always support any developer that develop good applications for me and i'm also bought a lot of apps in my Iphone, Thinkpad tablet and my Blackberry. So thing for my HTC TITAN is that i just need it to support my language and Thai Keyboard, if it has to be charged i'll still willing. I like windowsphone now and want it to unleash it's full function for me

What if I roll back my windows phone to version earlier than 7700? Would i then be avaliable to developer unlock - root my windows phone? i have seen the guide that uses chevron wp7 unlocking tool with chevron certificate installed on windows phone and later you just need to run chevronwp7.exe application on computer... Now, with build 8107 i cant, i tried it but i get error message about something phone not being connected to zune, or device is in lock-screen, but its not true... I have also seen forums on this topic, and other htc 7 trophy users said that going back to older version and installing chevron unlocked their phone and with an sideload app they managed to remain it unlocked even though they later updated to latest version of mango... Sorry for my grammar, english is not my native language

[Q] HTC-DEV unable to submit unlock code <solved>

Everytime I get to step 8 in the Bootloader unlocking process I receive an error message stating
"Please Log In.
The page you have requested can only be viewed by registered members. Please log in above.
If you arrived here from the HTCdev website and do not have an account, you can register now to gain access."
I honestly have no clue where to get support for this. I looked for a forum section on htcdev but couldn't find a thing. XDA is my home base. Its where I go when I need help so it seemed like the smart thing to do to ask here.
is anyone else having this problem. Is there an Alternate method to submitting the Unlock Token. I already have it via CMD. Please help in anyway you can. Thanks.
edit: I figured it out on my own. I didn't know that HTCdev was incompatable with Windows8s IE. Thankyou.

Htc dev runs on windows 8 just use the 2.0 usb port on your pc.Also use htc drivers 3.0.0.007 exe and than if it says failed to install drivers go to device manager and click on show hidden devices and re run the drivers and you'll be fine.If you see any yellow symbols click on them and click update driver than it'll say search automatically click no than no on have disk and than click on htc once the devices show and than it'll give a warning about drivers.Let it run and done
If they still fail to install switch usb ports.I have a windows 8 hp envy laptop and use it daily to root phones.

Need Help Update Lumia 1020 after Augest 2016

I have tired almost every single way you could find on google search to get my Lumia 1020 to upgrade from windows phone 8.1 to 10, I have unlocked the bootloader and rooted the device, edited the device info to fool the system into upgrading, nothing worked, not even a slight movement forward, I'm not sure if I am doing anything wrong I believe I am not, however if someone have already done this upgrade can't they simply create a custom rom from it using WPinternals? if yes can someone please do that for the sake of just helping me .
if you guys have any ideas or suggestion or details that I might have messed please do inform me, I am really disparate here!!

Never mind everyone I have got it figured out after days, I simply wasn't patient enough to wait for the update to show up.

i have unlocked bootloader, gained root access. changed to lumia 950 Xl. but my mobile is not recieving any update by insider. it says connection problem. i have changed date and time and region to USA. but same probelm. now what can i do? is there any way that i can flash something to update? please let me know. and thanks for your reply.
