Its called firmware
Please tell us a bit more what you want to do or want to know, because with this information nobody can help you.
Are you S-On/S-Off, bootloader unlocked/root, custom recovery, LTE or not, and so on...

I want to help a friend of mine to debrand her I5800. Searching in the forum left me confused and I'm not sure about it. The phone is hungarian branded with T-Mobile. Is it enough to flash a stock rom or do I have to unlock with http://samfirmware.com/ ? Sorry for the newbie question, but some answers what to do and use to debrand would help a lot!

Just flash any custom rom here in the development subforum.
if you mean you want to use a different network on it then search for 'how to unlock GT i5800' and it should come up

Dude you need to remove that IMEI number asap, never post it publicly. You're also in the wrong forum, this is the HTC One XL forum. You need to find the right forum for your device, if one doesn't exist you should post in the Android Q&A section.
