How to install
Check if busybox is installed
Make sure your internal SD card has at least 1GB free space (one AOSP + Gapps rom requires 650MB)
Download RomSwitcher App: Direct Download
Follow the instruction on the app
Reboot to recovery in General Settings
In romswitcher section install a rom of your choice

The GraSwitcher App will download the all needed files for you.
They will be in /sdcard/graswitcher
Default kernel for TouchWiz is Perseus Kernel,
if you want to use another kernel, replace touchwiz.img in /sdcard/graswitcher/ with your favorite kernel.
Download any AOSP rom. Extract it and open META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script
Look for this line:

and replace it with

then delete these lines

You will need Gapps
Get it here http://goo.im/gapps/
Extract it and open updater-script
and replace

Zip your rom and gapps.
Flash both in recovery. (first rom then gapps)
DO NOT WIPE ANYTHING
Reboot your phone and if you did all correct. You should boot into your TouchWiz rom.
Now download and install my app

Process for backing up the 2nd (PACROM/AOSP) ROM & flashing back the Backup
Follow the procedure:
Requirement: Only TWRP Recovery.
How to backup your ROM:
1) Go to recovery & choose Backup
2) here you can choose what to backup.?, Choose Cache only
3) Then it will be done
4) reboot.
After clearing cache for ROM 1, you need to restore the Backup taken of Cache.
1) Go to recovery & Choose Restore.
2) Select the cache backup you have taken.
3) Flash done & your ROM will be recover again.
Limitations & NOTE: Please note that you may retain all Caches of ROM 1 too.

Not sure if this will work
As you know 2nd rom is on cache partition with has ~2 GB place. Maybe not enough space for a touchwiz rom

Subject changed with i9500.
I am on dual with crash rom v7(stock kernel) and pacman rom .My musics player, video player and lockscreen freezes every time on touchwiz rom . but i didn't have this problem when i have crash rom alone . So I don't think that there is any problem with the rom. is there any solution for it......and can someone pls suggest me a good(Which is very smooth ,doesn't heat up and good battery life) kernel and a good rom for touchwiz??

Saves a lot of time for testing new Roms and still keeping your daily driver up and running.
I see there is a few people who are struggling with the flashing of this. I struggled too.
Here is how I did it and hopefully I can help you as well. (All described perfectly in the Original Post).
**Assuming you have a TouchWiz Rom already installed**
What I used:
1. Latest TWRP Recovery.
2. The PAC-Rom that is already scripted. (As provided for download in the original post pages 8 - 15 somewhere).
3. G-Apps that is already scripted. (As provided for download in the original post pages 8 - 15 somewhere).
4. The latest Perseus kernel. (Alpha 9)
How I used them:
Open recovery and Select Install
Choose the PAC-Rom and,
Add G-Apps to the install queue and,
Add Perseus Alpha 9 to the Install queue then...
Flash and reboot.
All done...

So question, when you say the the first rom need to be STOCK TW, you mean we cannot use custom TW roms? it have to be stock from out of the box?
Additionally, since by default it comes with a kernel, can we change this BEFORE flashing anything? I am from TW and our kernels cannot be used with this is why I am asking. Want to make sure all is peachy before I flash anything.

Yes I do. By any chance it you will port it over to T-mobile Gs4? Or that is not something you see happening. Will be a willing tester ^.^

9. Reboot into recovery again, flash GAPPS

Hi, I tried it exactly as directed and still I had only bootlop. I have HBOOT 2.11 and recovery I tried 2.3.3.0 and 2.3.1.0. What advice? What should I do?

This thread will be closed. Since I couldn't get any answer from team baked (I've send them three requests), with a permission to publish their rom, I have deceided to write a moderator on xda, to close this thread. I am sorry for this, maybe in the future will be getting this rom on our phone but not now.
If someone would like to try pretty stable version of a rom could send me PM, but the link won't be published here.
Rom is FAST i can't belive it..first boot was 30-45sec and second boot was 20sec really great job! I wish that the Baked team grants you permission to post port of the rom..

Since the stock rom doesn't have enough credit on this forum I'm submitting something I just did for myself in case anyone may find this useful - plus I'm adding some small customizations to get the stock better and more complete (starting with AOSP Browser and Flash Player support).

download not available at the moment because I want to make a full deodexed version, including the /priv-app folder and an API level 19 deodexer is needed - COMING SOON
4.23 bootloader is mandatory for this to work (also I suggest to make a FULL WIPE if you come from anything different from stock) - MD5 C40832B03800D929CBD45974F41EFB1E.
Both versions have been zipaligned, rooted with SuperSU (you need to flash latest version to make it properly work on 4.4.x, get the package here http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu) and include busybox and init.d support.
Stock 3.1.10-g4776c68 KERNEL, CWM flashable
download in case you want to revert back on the stock kernel after messing up around - MD5 BA31CF10D99053A895740F5F98CF8404
Missing system apps, CWM flashable
download to remove /system/app/BrowserProviderProxy.apk-odex and get back News and Meteo, Browser and Chrome Bookmarks Sync (for this 4.3 version is included because google is not providing an updated version anymore). These are deodexed apps (works on an ODEXED rom, don't worry) - to get the .odex files you can then flash this one (this is device specific).
NOTE that these apps are kind of deprecated (and probably Gallery and Launcher will also be added soon to the list) and are no longer being updated by Google in the factory releases. I'll do all I can to keep the versions updated.
Adobe Flash Player
Flash player is NO LONGER SUPPORTED in Android 4.4 Kitkat (not officially using Adobe app, you probably need a Browser with flash included).
# DISCLAIMER #
All archives and apps are tested by myself on my grouper (Nexus 7 Wi-Fi only) - remember to clean Cache / Dalvik Cache from recovery AFTER applying any of the zips (especially for the ROM - Full Wipe needed if coming from a non-stock ROM, obviously) - and please check MD5 (where stated) before flashing... you are warned.

this is an ODEXED rom, so if you want back "AOSP BROWSER, BOOKMARK SYNC and GENIE WIDGET" you should flash JWR66Y_missingSystemApps_ODEX.zip
This is EXACTLY what I need. Thank you so much op. This aging tablet has been slowing down on me, so I need to do a full complete data wipe and reflash stock. I want this thing to have a little more pep in its step.

:good: pep in its step? Explain yourself anyway, this isn't intended as a GUIDE to flash stock. It's just a collection of useful flashable zip to set up an odexed stock rom with some fancy in it.

I personally use CWMR, so I don't know. Check the changelog for 2.6.3.1 to see if any crucial 4.4 fix is included
Strangley i can't seem to get this rom to boot, it has been on the boot animation for about 8 minutes so far.I'm using the latest boot loader and the latest cwm touch if that helps
Edit: Gave up waiting for it to boot after about 15 minutes without any luck. Sorry I can't give anymore info than that.

Free Ram On stand By Around 250-305 MB
On Bootup the Ram usage is maximum and then when you make the clean up it increases to 305/768 after you use the rom for a few hours it reduces normally. After 2 hour when you make the ram cleaning it will show 200-280/768 depending to your background applications.
For me it's always 250/768 when i clean the ram. and i have over 50 apps installed on the phone.

For the aosp based roms its possible but for the sense based roms you cant get more then 120-150 mb free ram on standby.

How to install :
- (RECOMMENDED) Be on a stock ROM, installation will be cleaner
- Download THIS EXT4 tool, bieltv specific kernel and the Rom on your device.
- Flash on Samsung recovery (or your recovery if you are not on stock), my temp. CWM.
- When you are on the Temp. CWM, flash the EXT4 Formatter tool, so whole system will be converted to EXT4. (Stock filesystem is RFS)
- After the installation, flash kernel you have downloaded before.
- When the Kernel is installed, go, on the CWM, to advanced --> reboot recovery (this will reboot the device, and turn it on on the new CWM of kernel)
- Wipe data, cache and dalvik
- (IMPORTANT) Go to mounts and storage, and make sure system is mounted (will show unmounted) mount it 2 times!
- Go to install zip from SD Card, choose zip from SD card and install your CyanogenMod, AOSP, Cyanmobile, whatever your EXT4 Based ROM is. (MAKE SURE installation last more than 5 seconds, if is less than 5 seconds your system is unmounted! repeate step 8).
- After installation, go back and reboot system, if you made it good, ROM boots, so no problem on it.

you must be on ext to run cm - why? because cm kernels use ext so you cant run it on rfs
and if you want to know the features of cm over stock rom best to google features of each version or goto

I know that there is no full working twrp for G925F. But someone mentioned that they are using twrp for flashing rom and kernel.So maybe try with twrp. sorry for that.

Will this work on T-Mobile variant. Normally I used to flash International versions on my S5 no problem, but seems possible issues doing so on the Edge models.
with my twrp i can flash anything but i try to find what this rom diffrent then the stock did you change somthing that we can feel?

It is just deodexed without any changes for now. I will add more in future rom..So you mean you flashed it successfully?

Did you wipe and reset after flashing the zip? Maybe try to flash a custom kernel after flashing the zip. It usually fix the boot loops.
