Yes you extract the modem from the tar.md5 firmware.
Then in linux or cygwin you do this
Code:
tar -H ustar -c modem.bin > modem.tar
md5sum -t modem.tar >> modem.tar
mv modem.tar modem.tar.md5
Inviato dal mio GT-I9070 con Tapatalk 2
That build is excactly the same as skullface one

Got no idea how to make pull request but can send you the file if you want
Also few files had to be rnamed in device_i9105P.mk file, specially Init files.
From init.capri_ss_baffin.rc to initi.capri_ss_s2vep.rc.
Might be worth changing them as well

Hi ptothej,
there is no such file in 4.1.2 stock. You can remove it from proprietary-files.txt
But this file exists in 4.2.2 stock
I started using 4.2.2 files for CM yesterday - audio was working out of the box with them. But I haven't tried the build from full 4.2.2 yet - was to late yesterday.

Kernel from 4.1.2 or 4.2.2? Prebuilt or compiled one? If compiled one do you get error on compiling or booting?

Prebuilt 4.1.2 Kernel, error on compiling, can't reproduce the error at the moment.
Will do in the afternoon and if i get an error then will switch to 4.2.2
Tried with replacing everything from 4.2.2 -> segfault (while replacing audio stuff worked)
Will now update my version to stock 4.2.2 and then try it again

Why dont you just download a ROM, extract it and push it to your phone with adb? It'd be a lot easier than waiting for someone else to do it
