I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 ( GT-N8000 ) , a friend of my mine was aiming to install a custom image on it for me, although the device is up and running I have the following issue : Kies see it GT-N8010 !!!
Is there a way to restore my device to the original state , plz help.

What firmware does your tablet say that it has on it?
Something like this N8000XXCMF1 N8000OJVCMF1
Look in settings/ about device/ its the build number you want.

My build number is :
JRO03C.N8010XXBLK9 which explains why kies see my device as N8010 !

But it is actually an N8000? Does it have 3G?
Anyway, there are a couple of threads here with stock ROMs, flash any with Odin/Heimdall and you'll be fine

You can find roms at http://samfirmware.com/
I do see an Egypt firmware for the GT-N8000 but it is 4.0.4 http://www.hotfile.com/dl/178298699/3f0ce76/N8000XWALI4_N8000OJVALI2_EGY.zip.html
The closest GT-N8000 4.1.2 firmware that I see is for Libya http://www.hotfile.com/dl/240386177/9cf03cf/N8000XXCMF1_N8000OJVCMF1_BTC.zip.html
The one you have now JRO03C.N8010XXBLK9 looks like it may be a German rom.
Just make sure your tablet is a GT-N8000 it will have the model number on the back case.

Edit: Looked for a firmware, couldn't even find one on sammobile other than Chinese one. Have you tried booting into recovery and factory resetting?

I have I589FF13 firmware installed in i589 but it have many unwanted Chinese apps and there is no Google Apps. I am also looking for the Indian version of this firmware. If you have the firmware then you can share with me also...

Sorry if this has been asked before. n8010 and n8013 doesn't seem to have any hardware differences.
I have the n8013 model (the one sold on the US, bought it on Bestbuy), but it doesnt seem to get as many updates as the International model.
So here is my question: Can I flash n8010 firmware through Odin on n8013?

Hard to keep up with all of the 8000 series updates but I think it just looks like the 8010 & 8000 have more updates because they have so many different languages.
I don't know but does more updates mean that they have actual made a major advance over another?????? Maybe it just means that the programmer messed something up in that version and they are fixing it????? I don't know?????

I'm asking because n8000/10 might get 4.2.2 or even 4.3 first.
So it would be nice to flash it on n8013 too.
Everything does work normally except the status of the device is no longer normal but custom even using stock rom with no root.

I own a galaxy s4 gt-i9505 and wanted to overclock it, I used a method wich was on youtube and didn't miss any step but now it starts shows the galaxy s4 and the model that I own and for some reason it goes straight on dowload mode! If anyone could help me and teach me how to get my phone up and running like normal i would be very thankful !

It is still available on Sammobile Firmware page, just do a Google search and then put P5110 in the firmware search box. I can't put the link here because it's against XDA rules. Good luck
