FB login not work..help ....

and? what facebook app? are you connecting over the mobile network(3G/HDSPA) or over WiFi? does your Internet work at all?

Are you using a browser or an app?

I use bsnl 3g .my net is work .. Gochat or friendcaster ... Means fb page .. Not working .. I can not login ..

Are you sure you did not actually have your login credentials wrong? What I'm saying is, you can login on a normal pc?

check credentials first...if that doen't work, then try downloading an app (fb for android) for it and see if that let's u in

[solved] [Q] Problem with Dailymotion App in ICS

Hello all,
I've upgraded my phone from stock gingerbread 2.3.5 to ICS 4.0.4 (Poland version from Sammobile)
I did a factory reset before flashing ICS through ODIN.
then I installed all my apps manually (no backup restored)
But I'm having a problem with "Dailymotion" app, it just can't connect to internet using my Wi-Fi connection and gives "No internet connection" error.
FYI the app works fine with my mobile data connection...
Can someone please confirm, if this problem is related ONLY to Poland version or not?
I don't have any other problem with this ROM yet, so don't want to try any other ROM...
if someone wants to know which ROM I'm using, below are the details:
Model: GT-I9103

Date: 2012 September
Version: Android 4.0.4

You can try/check these things
1. Are you able to connect to wifi thru other apps ??
2. Forget your wifi and re enter the wifi credentials..
3. Last thing, is you wifi working ?? i mean, can other devices connect to your wifi ??

3. Yes definitely, I installed all other apps via Play store...all browsers working fine too...
I can also access my computer files via ES Explorer etc...I don't think my wi-fi has ANY problem..
Besides, did anyone tried using this app on ICS?

i wld again suggest a basic remedy..
try uninstalling and reinstallin the app..
try clearing the app data..
also delete all the folder of the app from ur sdcard..

Thanks for your suggestion, but I already tried all possible solutions before creating this thread...
But after your suggestion I did the whole process again...but had no luck
I even also tried installing an older version of the app (I had 3 different backups)
Besides, the app WORKS FINE with mobile data connection. What else could be wrong?

Is this the first time u have installed this app? I mean did the app work with wifi before this? Maybe ur ISP or firewall is blocking 'Dailymotion'.

No, I'm using it before upgrading to ICS (GB 2.3.5)
And the app was working with my wifi connection.
That's why I'm curious about the reason behind this...l also contacted the app developer team but there is no reply yet.
I just want to confirm whether this app is working for anyone else having Galaxy R with ICS.
Somebody please test this app & post the ROM details if its working...

Can't someone just check this app on their device running ICS???
I just want to confirm whether I'm the only one facing this problem or not...

Working fine for me on XXLQ9. Your ISP or firewall maybe blocks the connection.

I'm using same internet connection on my PC and there is no problem accessing the website...
But still I'll check with different ISP...report the results here

On your computer you acces the website, but the mobile probably uses another protocol.

I finally found that the problem was related to DNS servers of my ISP.
So I changed my Routers DNS to Google DNS servers and the app is working fine since then.
I'd like to thank this community for helping me!

Go to to network settings and select GSM only....
And if you are using Docomo sim then select access point as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET

Why did you restore? Download them again from play store, you will not lose any messages.

Today Official BB messenger is out for android and for those who are unable to download it from play store because of unsupported device and country restriction

Update:- Guys i found that there are two Bbm on internet both are of 1.0.0.7.0 version but one is of 12.67mb and another is of 14.1mb, but the 1st one of 12.7mb doesnot require wifi connection for settingup and the 2nd one require wifi connection for settup

After installing the app, whenever I try to open it, it redirects me to the play store. Once there the play store tells me it is incompatible with my device. Any workaround for this issue? Thanks

Bro WiFi connection is must require at first setup, if you have not connect to any WiFi network then you cannot use Bbm

No need of WiFi... just reboot and try to login with working data connection.

Bbm works flowlessly on 2g,3g4g connection ,but it require one time WiFi connection at first setup

can you please confirm is it working for rooted device. I am currently on Suvi 4.1.2 and not able to configure BBM.
Please find screen shot from BBM support which ask that BBM not suuport on custom ROM.

i rooted karbonn titanium s5 (jelly bean) and installed new os lollypop, but i am facing problem with sms since i installed new rom .... i received sms, but when trying to send sms by using contacts, sms not sent . sms saved as draft, and when i entered mobile no. manuely then sms sent successfuly...

Could be a number of things. Be sure your APN is correct. Also, try clearing data for your messaging app.

Is that a custom rom you have flashed?..If thats the case then your problem may be due to a bug
