I made bootanimation of transformers transition.
copy paste this to data/local
used any root explorer and paste to data/local or used you any method
OR
USE FLASHABLE ZIP
try it! work like a charm

It should work for any JB/ICS rom, try the version attached to this post if you're using GB
(Backup your current bootanimation.zip first!)

INSTALLATION
-Download the zip file and copy it to ur phone
-Go to system/media and make a backup of ur current bootanimation.zip
-replace your current bootanimation.zip with the downloaded zip
-give it proper permission rw-r--r--
-now restart ur phone
