It should work for any JB/ICS rom, try the version attached to this post if you're using GB
(Backup your current bootanimation.zip first!)

Take a backup of your original bootanimation.zip from /system/media/
Now put a downloaded boot animation file in /system/media/
only for Rooted phone...
