No Memory script working for CM10 Build #3

I have tried the INT2EXT+ for CM10 as well as Mount2sd for increasing internal memory in the new CM10 Build 3 but non seems to be working.I have everything i.e. Busy box as well as init.d support which is required for Mount2SD but every time I flash it, it gets stuck on the HTC logo.And, INT2EXT+ isn't working as well.The phone does boot properply in INT2EXT+ but doesn't show any increase in memory.

Do you have an EXT partition on your SD card?

Yes I do.Should I try re-partitioning it and make partition again and than try Mount2SD again? Not only me few others are also having problems in increasing the internal memory in CM10 beta 3

I'd say you maybe should try formatting the card again in recovery and making ext partition while doing so, in case there is a problem with your partition. It's probably something else entirely, but may as well completely eliminate this option. (Of course, doing this will wipe everything from your SD card; back it up first).

hey i'm also on cm10 beta 3, and tried flashing int2ext zip from recovery but it doesnt work ssays process aborted after a while...so i extracted my zip file in pc itself and copied 40int2ext file located in system/etc/init.din the Zip to same location in phone's system and then reboot normally...worked for me

I got permission from him and have also posted in my blog, along with installation details.

try using Yannou's recovery instead of CWM......CWM has problems with mounting sd partition...

i have miui v3 installed and preloaded a2sdgui but don't know how to use it ? please anybody explain it how it works? how can I install application on sd ext ?

dude a2sdgui is not that good..
You can use S2E , it far better than a2sd.:good:
Use any root explorer delete the apk of a2sdgui from system/app and install the S2E apk normally..
search the apk in themes section uploaded by pavel also flash the patch given by him(all instructions given there)

As Rohit02 said it's not that good dude..install either S2E or link2sd. S2E is better but didn't work 4 me.I'm using link2sd.get it here:

If you installed script for A2SD, then you need to re-install the ROM.
In CWM go on Wipe Data/Reset, Wipe Cashe Partition and in Advanced go on Wipe Dalvik Cashe.
It do before and after flash ROM.
Some of these applications: A2SD, S2E and Link2SD working on some ROMs, and some do not. So, it depends on which ROM you installed.
I've installed CM 10.1. On CM 10.1 Link2SD works fine, and S2E for Android 4.2 works fine on CM 10.1. A2SD don't works on CM 10.1.

Mounts2SD & s2e not wokring in CM9

i tried to install mounts2sd in cm9 but although it flashed well but i still see only 150mb in internal space. what should i do ?
also i tried to install s2e from market but there ext shows 0 only data space 20mb shows and ext place shows--
i have partioned my sd card before installing mount2sd to ext4

make it ext 2 or 3 in this case bigger is not always better and I assume you've played with commands in terminal with mount2sd, wright?

nah , i have not played with command , just executed that commands that were necessary to install after flashing. i have made ext 2 partition but checked the internal memory doesnt increased to i flashed that file again and executed that commands also still it donot works.
also i tried to flash that 2nd script that doesnt need to commands to be executed....
I was using nextgen rom and it was working fine as it had already mounts2sd....
when i execute this command m2sd status
i see all [] in all even in sd-ext device and swap device...

Maybe you can try Int2ext+ if m2sd always failed.
I think it is no difference with m2sd and is easy to execute.
I am using Init2ext+ now but m2sd before.(on CM10)

Yes after mount2sd i tried to install int2ext+ but it failed to install error no. 6 is given in recovery i even format sd-ext partition again and tried to install it but it gives that error.
Now tried ungaze and performed all steps well but still 150mb space total

Which memory script will work in cm10.1 beta#2

I flashed cm10.1 beta #2 today.. My problem is that no memory script is working with this ROM.. I installed m2sd and when i rebooted the playstore and some apps disappeared.. I tried s2e also.. But when i opened the app it said android version not supported.. So which script can be installed..??

[Q] Mount2SD configure

I am on Xenon systems ROM currently and I want to know how to configure the Mount2SD app.I am unable to install the backup via Titanium backup even though the internal memory shows me that 450MB of memory is still unused plus whenever I update a app it downloads completely but I get a message that 'The package file is invalid' this happens in every app update i download from the play store.Is it because I haven't configures the Mount2SD app properly?

I dont think that is problem with mount2sd. try to wipe data of play store..

as far i knw..its nt bcoz of busy bx or m2sd cnfig...re flash rom or play store..

Yuno use mount2sd zip ?
I prefer using the zip other than the app. Get the mount2sd zip, flash it, configure it via terminal! Simple & best
