I am on Xenon systems ROM currently and I want to know how to configure the Mount2SD app.I am unable to install the backup via Titanium backup even though the internal memory shows me that 450MB of memory is still unused plus whenever I update a app it downloads completely but I get a message that 'The package file is invalid' this happens in every app update i download from the play store. Is it because I haven't configures the Mount2SD app properly?
No busybox or init.d script problem.
I dont think that is problem with mount2sd. try to wipe data of play store..
as far i knw..its nt bcoz of busy bx or m2sd cnfig...re flash rom or play store..
Yuno use mount2sd zip ?
I prefer using the zip other than the app. Get the mount2sd zip, flash it, configure it via terminal! Simple & best

Ok first of all, You DONT want int2ext script. Cause even after that ur internal memory will be eventually filled to max while u have I dont know 200 MB free in sd-ext What you want is d2ext+ script as it is really stable. To use it on MIUI just download it from this link:
www.xda-developers.com/android/cronmod-gives-users-options-of-a2sd-d2ext-int2ext/
after that open the zip file with winzip, go to system/etc/init.d and copy 40d2ext from there to your desktop. Next, open the flashable rom file (The MIUI Rom .zip) via winzip and go to system/etc/init.d and paste the 40d2ext file from your desktop and close winzip. It will ask to save changes. Save them ! Lastly just flash the new modified rom if you are worried about lossing your achievements in angry birds just before doing this make a backup of your apps using titanium backup. Enjoy
Hello,
I am not able to copy anything in system/app directory it is saying memory is full, If i will try to install bootanimation i think it will not done, in my titanium backup app it is showing system rom memory full how to sort it..
Same here, are you using Sense 4A? Does anybody have a fix? I tried many apps that can modify root folder but no luck.

Hey i just found the fix!
If you use Root Explorer, go to /system/app
You can see some memory info there just beside the "Mount r/w" button. Make sure the free space is more than what you are copying. Mine is 5 MB free, that causes a 6 MB file not to get copied. See if that helps. Free memory by deleting unused apps in the /app folder.

Link2SD is useful for user apps. It cannot increase /system partition memory. Only way i know is to remove unused system apps. You can ask the developers for additional help.

I've done a fresh install on my mobile with CM 10.1 Beta 6, kernel Pandora revised edition R3 and Simple2ext to use a ext partition like internal memory. I've installed many aplications but the only app which is giving me problem is Whatsapp.
The error that it give me is "There is not enough storage space available" and i dont know why, because I have more than 600MB free in my sd-ext, I've tried search in google but i didn't find the solution.
Anyone can help me?

I am not sure if it is a problem with your device or your rom, but the first step you could take is wiping the said apps app data.
1. Go to Settings, then apps, then select the app
2. Click on clear data
This as good as in installing and re installing the app, so if does not work for you, you might have to wipe factory reset, and re install your rom
Thanks for telling but this isn't solve the prob finally this force me to reinstall ROM.

I have an application that uses a lot of data storage. However, my internal storage (sdcard0) is internal, and is only 1.4 GB. The data is almost 4 GB. The app looks by default in /sdcard0/Android/data. How can I change this to /sdcard1/Android/data?

May be it work
1- root
2-install link2sd pro version
3- install apk u want to change file directory
4-open link2sd pro, link apk file directery by long pressing and selecting link data directory
5- then u will see andriod ,data folder in sd card and add obb folder and files
6- restart device
