Downloading now, gonna give it a whirl
I am getting an error when I try to flash this ROM.
The error is: Error executing updater binary in zip.
I have re-downloaded twice. I have factory reset, manually wiped System and Data, and I always flash along with GApps.
Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for any help.

What exactly does the error say? That's an error in the build prop, which you can edit; probably the device name not being 'acceptable.'

I would suggest maybe try to flash it in CWM as explained here:

Taking a look now.
Edit:
Added the following line in the build prop and flashed just fine from twrp 2.6, even using the otg.
Go into the build prop:
/META-INF/com/google/android/
Locate the top line:
assert(getprop("ro.product.device") == "flo" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "flo");
Edit it to read:
assert(getprop("ro.product.device") == "flo" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "flo" || getprop("ro.build.id") == "JSS15J");
Save the build prop, update the zip, flash.

There is no build.prop file located there. There is a build.prop located in /system though but it doesn't contain that line anywhere.
I tried flashing in CWM and it gave me a Status 7 error.

I'm sorry, I did that editing the actual zip file, while on my pc in this case.
And status 7 is the 'official' sign that its a build prop error. If you edit on the pc in this case, then transfer, it'll install fine.
I don't have it on my nexus to tell you were it is on the device. [feeling a little lazy >_<"]

I think you can get it.
I loaded my usb drive [where I stored the rom] and used my otg cable, navigated to the same path I listed earlier [using es file explorer] and shows up just as I listed. Pic coming in a sec.

which fixes are you talking abt ? if they got merged in androidarmv6 gerrit yes its merged to pac as well else we would need to redo that.not quite sure yet.

no problem ..if those are the fixes in xmls i can add overlays and fix it up real quick.. rather than decompiling apk's i would say overlays would be more feasible.

i cant excalty comment on flashing that zip..make cwm backup and try..if lockscreen is a glitchy i will fix it asap..just need to add those overlays.

Special note for the Edison users,
You guys notice the official tag? that's right...PAC's official for us. But these are basket builds (builds automated by the pac server)
hence this rom is not built by me. And it's only nightlies for now. I plan to build pac as soon as i get my new hdd.
Another thing is that..PAC was made official ever since our one and only Ravi Kiran started building PAC.

You need to replace updater script before flashing. Op attached. And btw, build 25th august got baseband issue. Our maintainer might got his hands full. Let's wait for a lil while before new nightly is rolled out again.
I had replaced updater script with mine from cm11 and I tried the one on here. None worked. Not sure y updater script isn't correct in ROM itself. Y not fix it and then zip the ROM and post it for download

It doesn't say. Bmm always says installation aborted whenever a ROM can't install. Never give a status number

I think you've got corrupted zip. Or your system space is too small.

I made it...i wipe everything (system, data, cache and dalvik) and that was the result....it succeed also on AICP...but in other roms not..

Is there a chance to patch instead of a new rom with changes in the partition?
I discovered that the rom spoils after changing language. Back to the English language does not help.
Hi all!! I have installed this ROM, and it seems to be very fluid, but I have a problem: Each time I try to install any apk, I get the message: "there was a problem parsing the package". Does anyone have any experiences of how to troubleshoot that?

i messed up my s plus
i installed cwm and twrp at the same time then boom
no recovery no download mode
just samsung logo then the phone will turn off
im starting to freak out
at first when i access download mode
it say
RAMP DUMP
cause: forced upload
please some one help me

Hello guys,
I use the CM11 4.4.4 release 16. so I use TWRP with repartition, I changed the Data as ext4 partition and so on.
I want to try your great CM12 but my questions are:
- TWRP its ok or just CWM6 can work? I know you wrote only CWM6..but i just ask.
- Witch is the layout.0. that you mention? what I have to do?
- Have I to change the ripartition of Data or not? if yes as what?

I tried your rom for a day and....wtf, its another lollipop Rom! I mean, the screenshots doesn't show the reality!! They looks like a kitkat style, with lots of personalization is status bar and so on. My S plus unfortunatelly doesn't run well with 5.x.x Rom so I tought was a rebuild of kitkat like the 4.4.4 RL 16.
Anyway I found some error like:
-sms app crash, unusable.
-Performace --> processor --> Max and min frequency are inverted ( it show 1401 on min and 245 on Max) :silly:
-Dialer look nice but tooooo slow.:crying:
Please change the screenshots immediatelly before someone else fall in error!!

Yup i know it because it is an alpha stage, but some bugs are fixed like inverted freq(look at the PAC github activity)
and i'll try to bring update every sunday

Yeah it is not stable built also dev is not present on his fresh thread , upset
same here, shows no simcard, used latest stable firmware

Yes, you will not be able to connect to mobile data or Wifi in the setup wizard itself, so there is no way to proceed further.
You'll be stuck on the initial screen.
Download link has been updated. Ril bug is fixed also wifi is working now..!

This is a great ROM, but I miss feature in Status Bar - Double tap to sleep.
Why? It is the basic features elsewhere.

Double tap to sleep on empty Navi bar area is more useful (and one of the reasons I'm not using gestures).
