[Q] P5100XXLD7 where is it??? Help? - Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I have an unbranded P5100 (wifi + 3G) bought in Australia. I need to reset to stock firmware which is unfortunately still 4.0.3 here in Australia.
Now I went onto sammobile and entered my model number, country and chose XSA.
It comes up with:
Model: GT-P5100
Country: Australia
Version: Android 4.0.4
Product Code: XSA
PDA: P5100XWALE3
CSC: P5100XSAALE1
MODEM: P5100XXLD7
All this data is correct except for the Android version. My tablet came with 4.0.3 and not 4.0.4.
Anyway, I downloaded the file, but when opening it, I can't find the modem file at all. It only has the MD5 file. So how do I go about unrooting and bringing it back to stock again without having the modem file?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated

[Q] Beginner Problem - GT-P5100 - Flashing XSA (Australia) Firmware

Hi Guys, new to this so please indulge me a little!
Purchased two GT-P5100 Samsung Galaxy Tab 2s for the kids, checked the software version using *#1234# and received this:
AP: P5100UBALD4
CP: P5100UBLD4
CSC: P5100UUBALD4
Connect them to kies and it displays: latest firmware version: PDA:LD4 / PHONE:LD4 / CSC:LD4 (TTT)
Checked these at SamMobile:
GT-P5100 - Trinidad and Tobago
PDA: P5100UBALD4
CSC: P5100UUBALD4
Version: 4.0.3
Modified: 2012-04-17
Checked in firmware and files for Australian version (XSA) and found that here sammobile. com/firmware/?page=3&model=GT-P5100&pcode=XSA&os=1&type=3#firmware
Downloaded the firmware and flash programs files. Flash programs contained odin3 V1.87 and signed_espresso_20120220_16G.pit Firmware file contained: P5100XWALE3_P5100XSAALE1_P5100XXLD7_HOME.tar.md5
Put the tab into download mode after shutting down using power+volume right then volume left to enter odin mode.
Connected the tab with the usb cable, attached the pit file using PIT button then attached the md5 file using the PDA button. Re-partition deselected, auto-reboot & f.reset time were both selected, flash lock not selected. Pressed the start button. Process completed and the tab rebooted as normal.
Tried using *#1234# and received this:
AP: P5100XWALE3
CP: P5100XXLD7
CSC: P5100XSAALE1
When I connected to Kies I now see this:
"Your devices current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via Kies.
Current firmware version: PDA:LE3 / PHONE:LD7 / CSC:LE1 (TTT)
I assumed rightly or wrongly that the country designator should have changed to XSA. Does anyone have any idea if I have missed something in the process?
I checked Setting > About Device:
Model Number:
GT-P5100
Android version:
4.0.3
Baseband version:
P5100XXLD7
Kernel version:
3.0.8-546364-user
[email protected]#1
Build Number:
IML74K.P5100XWALE3
Within status, device status is normal
Appreciate any advice you can offer.
Cheers Paul

Firmware upgrade problem

I am having problem updating my firmware.
I bought my N8000 from Saudi, and have been using Germany jelly beans ROM until today. I decided to flash the UAE stock ICS firmware back and upgrade it to jellybean.
After flashing the stock rom by Odin, I clicked "software update" in the settings and it asked me to select my country. I chose Japan, where I live and it registered the device then said no software update available.
After this, I connected the Note to Kies via USB and it showed "your device's current firmware is not supported to update firmware ...".
Could anybody please tell me has the Saudi note 10.1 received 4.1.2 update yet? Is my country selection incorrect?
Here is my current device firmware and CSC information.

CP: N8000XXLGA
CSC: N8000OJVALG4
Thank you in advance for your kind help.

ProductCode question

Heya,
i have a question. I brought a used Note 10.1 8010 (wifi) and i dont find the "ProductCode" or a hint for a DBT version (i come from germany).
Modell: GT-N8010
ProductCode: *nothing*
PDA: N8010XXUCMD2
Phone: *nothing*
CSC: N8010OXACMD2
I rooted and changed with CSC Changer to "DBT" but the ProductCode shows always "nothing".
Who can help me or other question whats up with this productCode...i need it..??
Thanks !!
ShakerDaMan
No phone so CSC is redundant .
Why not flash stock firmware via odin for DBT .
Or use Kies Tools firmware recovery .

[Q] Note Edge, Unofficial upgrade to lollipop by Odin and barriers

History:
Lollipop upgrade is rolled out just for USA T-Mobile users ( N915TUVU1ANK3 and N915TUVU1ANJL). I have a N915T (T-Mobile) but base band is different from USA users ( it's Trinidad and Tobago N915TUBU1AOA2). I'm trying to upgrade to lollipop by downloading the firmware which is released for USA and Odin. I also wan to root the Lolli after that.
General Questions regarding Odin :
Q1: If I upgrade 4.4.4 to 5.0.1 by Odin successfully, what will I lost ? Aps, Aps settings, Internal SD Data, contacts ....
Q2: if it's unsuccessful can I do a reset factory to turn back to my previous Android ?
My phone:
I installed: play.google<>.com/store/apps/details?id=org.vndnguyen.phoneinfo&hl=en
>> and found out that my phone is
Basdband: N915TUBU1AOA2
Original CSC: TMB
Firmware CSC: TTT
Active CSC: TMB/TTT
CSC ver: N915TUUB1AOA2
TTT= Trinidad and Tobago T-Mobile
....
Q3: Now can I use Odin and TMB BOD7 flash to go to lollipop ?

Hi,
1. You'll lost all your data on internal storage, applications installed, and configurations that you have done. So do backup before upgrading with ODIN.
2. You can't. Since the phone will brick. Flash the correct firmware again should work.
3. You shouldn't. The best way is to wait for the update roll up for your TTT Note Edge (because USA T-Mobile is different than TTT). Since some of the devices are carrier/bootloader locked.
Sorry, too many edits.

Stock Firmware For Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9005

So, I've been having this problem. I want to hard reset my phone but I can't as "Volume UP + Home + Power" doesn't work (broken as I failed to flash TWRP) nor the reset in the settings of the phone. I've decided to use Odin but I can't find my type of stock firmware except one which is downloading right now and says there's 9 hours left. Could you help me by putting a link to my phone's stock firmware? Phone details are here:
Region: MM1
Model: SM-N9005
PDA: N9005DXSGBQA1
CSC: N9005DXUGBOK3
(Or was it N9005OLBGBOK3? Try seeing if the CSC above is there.)
OS: 5.0 Lollipop
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: I soft-bricked my Android, now I'm going to need the firmware for my device...
FYI.
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-note3/SM-N9005/
Would you please help me download that file and send it to me on a website that doesn't take a whole day to download? (MEGA, FILEDROPPER) etc. I don't have enough time on my hands...
Also, I put the wrong details for my phone.
PDA: N9005DXSGBQA1
CSC: N9005DXUGBOK3
(I think it's N9005OLBGBOK3 not N9005DXUGBOK3)
Thank you very much!
I'll be keeping in touch with this thread for a couple days.
