Hey Bro, Dont move any apps.
Uninstall Framework, then remove Xposed Installer app, Remove all modules. Reboot Handset.
Then Reinstall the Xposed Installer app and install framework. Reboot and install modules and check them in Installer box, Reboot again.
Everything will be normal.
Sometimes the framework becomes unresponsive and causes lag. I've faced this issue once.

Yeah. Just missing the check box.
actually you don't need to install any additional apk. I simply go to xposed installer and download/update 'GravityBox' module. and then start 'Xposed Framework'. it should work fine after restarting device (it did for me.)
hope this help

Just ran into this exact problem after my Nexus 5 was upgraded to 4.4.2. Step by step uninstall/reboot, reinstall framework/reboot, reinstall module/reboot didn't work. Installing the Gravity box module from the apk did. Thanks OP.
This took a few tried, but I eventually got it working doing the following:
1. Install the xposed installer from the apk file.
2. Reboot
3. Install the gravitybox apk, the hit Done. Don't hit Open.
4. Reboot.
5. Open xposed installer, go to modules, tick on gravitybox module
6. reboot
That worked for me, nothing else did up until that point.
Also Gravitybox is sweet, has all the tweaks that I've always used custom ROMs for.

Thanks. Proper rebooting each step of the install/enablling is the key
Just realised this: worked with GB2.7.6. The solution doesn't work with GB3.0.1 - could not even check the module in xposed
The latest version that does not exhibit this problem is version is 2.9.6 - xposed allows the checking of the module, and after reboot, I am all good!
Final edit: apology - I was on custome rom. under .254, xposed (2.5) and gravity works ( 3.01)! But I can't find the "quicksetting tiles" menu in gravity...(?)

Hi,
I noticed that there ain't any themes for this tablet so here is an easy way to theme your tablet.
And of course you will need to be rooted to do this.
Also use common sense when messing around the modules. If you end up in boot loops from wrongly setting up the modules then there is always a Xposed disabler zip file in the root of our sdcard that you will have to flash in recovery to remove the bootloops.
1. First Install Xposed app.
2. Second Install xTheme Engine.
3. Here is a collection of xThemes i have collected and uploaded in one place to easier access them.
4. Fourth if you want to further mod you Tablet then try the modules here.
The Xposed Framework and xTheme Engine works on all roms. The themes will only do basic theming so do not expect to move mountains with it.
Happy Theming

Yes you are right....It shows bugs on some mobile devices. Try to update your Xposed Installer OR Module. If problem is still their then wait for new updates which supports your device properly.
I will try !
EDIT : Module not unable I don't know, why ? I do the tutorial. Solution pls ? I need the CRT Off Amination I have Xperia E (C1505) with ROM Stock !
Nice
People who face problem with ScreenOffAnimation Module can also try Xblast Tool for CRT off animaton Effect.
I have quickly put together a system image with an updated SU binary (still asks to update, this is likely due to WP) busybox binaries in xbin, and app_process xposed binary in bin. You still need to manually install busybox and xposed, but the binaries they put in the system directory are already there with appropriate permissions. When I get links up I will have more instructions on how to manually install xposed and busybox.
When time permits I will be removing about 30 unneeded bloat apps.
NOTE:
I am in no way an android developer. Simply because I can follow directions and open up an IMG in Linux does not qualify me to do amazing things like rebuild kernels, exploit root,bl, or wp. I am a java and c# programmer, which to my knowledge is useless at the hardware level. I have just barely started learning the wonderful language of C.
This image is simply my shared custom image. I don't mind reasonable requests, because I'm sure there are some cool apps I could throw in the system or other simple things like that. Please know I have a full time occupation, both at work and with my family and kids.
Confirmed working:
-GravityBox installed-
Modified Quicktiles
Modified Battery Icon to 1% circle mod
-Flying Android-
-LightingWall- (android firewall for all apps with internet access)
Feature Requests - I will try to get to these, but don't be angry if I don't.
Audio Boost
Adaway
Hosts file edits
Viper4Android
mixer_paths.xml
Please Read:
Before flashing, some quick modifications are necessary to get xposed working. When you actually install xposed, it mounts system as RW and puts app_process into the bin folder, overwriting the stock one. It then creates an xposed folder under /data, and puts XposedBridge.jar into this folder. The tricky part was the permissions. I found another post on XDA that explained how to manually install Xposed, and I simply baked in the system part by applying permissions in Linux. The permissions on the /data folder and XposedBridge.jar was easily set in ES File Explorer.
You NEED to do the /data folder and XposedBridge.jar part on your own. I will even be nice and provide my XposedBridge.jar file for you. (The jar and also apps_process are obtained by renaming xposed apk into xposed.zip and extracting them)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Install the xposed apk. Don't try to install the framework within the xposed app, it won't work.
Create a folder under /data called xposed. Using ES File Explorer, set permissions to this folder as
Owner - Read,Write,Execute
Group - Read, Execute
Other - Read, Execute
Then, make sure owner is root, and change group to shell.
Now, paste the XposedBridge.jar file into here. Set the permissions as
Owner - Read, Write
Group - Read, Execute
Other - Read, Execute
Then, make sure owner is root, and change group to shell.
At this point you should be able to open xposed and it will say it is installed. Profit.
When you reboot, it sticks!

Can you post your checksums for the app_process file
No offense, but you have no history here and I know people will download this without even thinking twice. I would highly recommend everyone checks the checksums for this by comparing them to app_process taken from the xposed apk
Sure thing, no offense taken. I downloaded xposed installer, renamed it to zip, and took it straight from there.

Quick question. So if xposed has to be baked into the image, does that mean that the modules do not? Like could i flash this image and then install the Greenify module? Thanks
Could you fix tethering in this as well?

I'll look at these additions tonight, and also look at the adaway and audio patch. I'm not trying to compete with other people on here, not trying to get into who has the best image lol.
Here's the problem - MediaFire upload finished, but its not showing up in the file list.. May need to upload to a different hosting service. If I have to I'll just make a temporary webserver at home.. I'll get it up here today.
The mixer_paths.xml would be another good one to include, boost them audio levels!

This is a modified version of @jrkruse stock BPB1 deodexed ROM with all(or most) of the stock BS removed.
INSTRUCTIONS:
I've included the links needed if you want to use xposed. If you chose not to use Xposed, then skip that step in the flashing process.
I have only used Safestrap to install this ROM, but FlashFire should work as well.
1) Flash NO_BS_BPB1_ROM_DEODEXED.zip
2) Flash Extra_toggles.zip
3) Flash xposed-v75-sdk21-arm-arter97-snapdragon.zip
4) Flash Lollipop_Safestrap_Reboot_Extended_PM_PB1.zip
5) Flash BPB1_Firmware_No_Bootloaders.zip
6) After first boot, open Lollipop Recovery Control and install the latest Safestrap.
7) Open up Viper4Android and install the driver. Then install Viper Fix 1.1.apk and run the Viper fix in the app.
There is no need to flash any Viper zips with this ROM. This ROM has all the same apps as BOK3 V5, but obviously updated to the BPB1 apps. The only app added is multiwindow. I don't use multiwindow, so I can be certain that all aspects of it work, but everything seemed to work normally when I played with it.
Note: Don't pay attention to the 1- prefix in front of some of the ROM versions. I prefix all my flashables in my ROM folder with a 1-, 2-, 3-, ect, so that I have them all in order when I flash them instead of having to remember the order every time lol. I forgot to remove those prefixes when I uploaded the ROMs.

I don't have any of these problems on mine. Does anybody else? It sounds like you guys might have some bad data from a previous ROM. The Play Store was updated in this ROM, so clear data for the Play Store, and that might fix the problem.

Few Questions
First, since I'm pretty new to flashing ROMs with SafeStrap...
At each step of your process when you say "Flash" does that mean Safestrap-> Boot to Recovery ->Install Zip ???
I'm looking at needing Xposed in order to bypass my company's Exchange security requirement of encrypting my device in order to allow email access.
I got a little confused with all the Xposed documentation out there.
Does this set of instructions get me to where I can load the Xposed module to bypass that security and then continue from there?
Big Thanks for your help.
I'm going to start a backup of current ROM so I'll be ready to install this soon.
Regards,
NerdyKowboy

Yes, flash means install in Safestrap.
If you flash the Xposed zip I linked in the original post, then you can use modules in the Xposed installer app included in the ROM.

1.) In safestrap, just do wipe->factory reset or is more of a wipe required?

Factory reset in factory recovery. You can install all of them on one queue.

I did that, and this is AWESOME. Love the ROM. Tough to decide between the two launchers. Haven't had this level of control in a while.
Only snag was that Android Pay doesn't recognize the device as Android authentic, so can't use Android Pay (which I almost never used anyway).

I believe Android Pay doesn't work sheerly because the device is rooted, not because of the ROM itself.
Can't get snapchat to login with Xposed. I've read the solution is to do an Xposed framework uninstall, login to Snap, then reinstall Xposed, but have found a lot of people get hung in a bootloop when uninstalling.
Is this from using the wrong uninstaller or something else?
Which uninstaller is correct?
Do you have another solution?
I have tried removing the modules and doing a reboot to see if that'd be adequate.
EDIT:
The issue was the xposed framework.
To anyone else doing this on Galaxy S5 with this ROM (or same version of Xposed)
1.) uninstall Snapchat
2.) Deactivate modules from Xposed
3.) Download and Flash "xposed-uninstaller-arter97.zip" from this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-xposed-samsung-lollipop-t3113463

Since Xposed is already in the ROM, inside of Xposed, go to Downloads & download the module "NoSafeVolumeWarning". Enable it and reboot.
