under sound settings check that you haven't got pocket mode enabled, because that will do that
Hi~
I cant find anything about the pocket mode in my sound setting... T.T
When I call an USSD code, the result comes with an annoying notification sound, also vibrates if my ring style is vib&sound
How to disable annoying USSD notification?
What ROM are you running?
I'm running lfaber's SC rom and have the same issue....
SCv5.2, too
I think all custom ROMs based on stock 2.3.6 AT&T have this issue.
I too have this in my latest Sony Xperia M Android 4.2.2
This annoying notification sound and vibration is popping everytime when I message or make a call. I have android 4.2.2 in this latest mobile and seems like most of Sony Xperia has this issue. Is there a way to stop this annoyance?
Hi,
My wife's Xperia J randomly goes silent when a call is received. It does not ring and doesn't even vibrate. It's not set to silent mode.
Anyone experienced this and is there a fix?
Thanks.

Hey guys any chance to unlink notification and Ringer sound on Xperia z3
Hi,
since few days i have a new Sony Xperia Z3 (D6603) and from my point of view the vibration is very bad / low.
When i´m in the office, the phone is on my table and its only in vibration mode, the phone lies next to me on my table, max. 30cm away from me.
And the most of the times i dont recognize, if i get a new SMS or WhatsApp message, because the vibration is to low.
I already opened the Service menu *#*#7378423#*#* and i tested the vibration, but also there my opinion is that the vibration is too low.
Before i had the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the vibration was much louder.
any ideas?

The same here, and I come from a S3 too.
I miss calls and msgs coz i can't hear/feel the vibration and the phone is very close to me.
