Thnx +1 But how do i know if my rom does support a new baseband or not ?
my rom is CM7-20121209-NIGHTLY-P999

I think cm7 started supporting the new baseband by default in it's later builds. Maybe grab the last nightly from their website and see if that works.

Please list the details of your HD2 like what radio it has, is it a T-Mobile US, the name of the ROM...who made the ROM.
Also, you can find specific support here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=989
It is a t-mobile US I'm not sure of the radio or where to find it, i'm a noob. Kernel version 2.6.32.15_tytung_r10-gbdfeaac [email protected] #72 Build # GRJ90 (NexusHD2-Gingerbread V2.9 Nand) Thats all I got.
I think radio is your service provider which in this case is T-Mobile
Optimus M XDA Premium

Try flashing the recommended radio. It might make a difference.
Also, make sure the card you use is fully formatted and has been used with this ROM right from the beginning (never been used with any other Android ROM and then used with this one). Formatting it will help if it was ever used with any other ROM prior to using with this one.
Here is the recommended radio: http://www.multiupload.com/QP0IWGY42F
Please use the Q&A Forum for questions Thanks
Moving to Q&A
I am having a similar problem. with me the blue tooth disconnectes my speaker and microphone, and they will not come back until a reboot

Did you try ROM MUIU?
this rom support ROm recording.. I have try it yesterday.. so far quite ok.. but need to turn on loudspeaker..or else you will hear your voice only :good:
that is useless if we have to turn on loud speaker. my old cheaper phone suppported audio recording lol...this is a big turn off...
call recording patch needed
In order to record the calls a firmware patch is needed.
This patch was realized by poolakkal Suresh, see this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1380788
By the way is for KPQ version only.
Is anyone able to port this patch to last firmware versions 2.3.6 ?
It depends only from firmware and its kernel. If developer not to lazy, u can ask him to add needed libraries. By the way, in some countries its forbidden to record the phone calls. Just for some knowledge.

BT issue in JB 4.2.2

My bluetooth sometimes doesn't want to turn on, i have to reboot my phone to be able to use it, anyone having this issue?
I'm using latest version of toyes AOKP 4.2.2, same thing happened with previous version...
thanks
?
anyone?
? and bluetooth not working doesn't cut it ?
when you post a question like here is my rom and my Bluetooth doesn't "sometimes" work no one can help you. The only thing is you have to go back and look at your question, and see what it tells people reading it.
Now I'm wondering:
What troubleshooting steps was taken?
When did the problem appear? (after upgrade to a new ROM? after ...)
What is the other device's compatibility issues with my device?
Did it work fine before I came to this ROM?
Did you check the known/reported issues for your ROM before you updated?
If those issues did/didn't affect your performance/appearance on the rom then why did you update?
Things along those lines.
Does this help? I hope so ... :good:

XT1033 SMS Bug in CM12

Well. I'm pretty sure this is in the wrong forum. If it is, I hope the moderators move it to the right forum.
Anyway, getting to the issue.
When I flashed any of the latest Lollipop builds of, be it CyanogenMod, CrDroid, Paranoid Android or others, I am not able to send or receive messages via SMS.
I'm not the only user facing this issue, a friend of mine as well is. We both own the Dual Sim variant of the Moto G (XT1033).
Whereas when I flash an old buid (like the ones from December last year), SMS is working fine.
Are we the only people facing this issue?
If you too are facing such issues, kindly comment and if you know any method to overcome this, you're welcome to share your ideas.
Thank you in advance and cheers! :highfive: :good:
EDIT : A fix has been found. I'm guessing you'll have to factory reset your device, flash a ROM and then flash the zip file found in this link.

yes, i think it's bug for XT1033, but someone said flash DK 3.8 will fix that bugs. I don't try it.
I'm using the DonkeyKang Kernel (Version 3.8) along with the December 24th build of CrDroid.
When I flashed the kernel with a newer build of any ROM, WiFi was broken. I never tried sending an SMS then. Can someone test and report back?
Your phone converted or uncorverted GPE? My friend said if moto G convert GPE and flash CM make that ROM can't sms.

[Completed] [Q] Need help on CM12 ROM

Last month I'm trying to build my own CM12 for GT-I9060 Samsung Grand Neo device. I have built it successfully (with pawitp i9082 compat patches) and flashed it to my device. Everything seems to work great, Wifi, camera, etc. Baseband version was recognized too, and I got my signal. However I didn't get any mobile data, even if I change the APN type. Another problem was during the call I didn't get any sound at all. There must be something wrong with incall audio, but I don't know how to fix it. Can someone guide me which file or how do I fix it?
Here's the link to radio logcat: pastebin.com/8CgGM7Lg and pastebin.com/bic27Rwk
and here's the main logcat pastebin.com/MmAASyLR
Thanks in advance!
Your best bet is to ask your question here and also realize that you have synced the nightly repo which is prone to bugs and that if your device is not officially supported you will continue to encounter them
Good luck
