i will show you how to root your phone !!!!!

1 > ROOT INSTALLER
2 > JAVA

STEPS -
1 > Run with right>click>open .
2 > Put your device into Development/Debug mode .
3 > Select "root with Motofail" for Gingerbread.
4 > Click the "do it!" button .
this will install superuser on your phone !!!!

Karbonn A9 (99.9%) working root mod .......... follow these steps in order to gain root access !!!!!!​
1 > Download the attached file from HERE , extract it to a folder using any .zip manager, for example 7-Zip.
2 > Connect Phone to USB.
3 > Execute "RUNME.bat" from the extracted folder.
4 > Follow the instructions in the window.
5 > The phone will be rebooted, after reboot you will have Superuser app and your phone is rooted!
6 > Don't forget to thank me !!! lol !

Did you follow the steps properly ? If yes then your phone should be rooted . I think its not highlighted because your phone drivers are not installed properly on your version of windows . Try installing the drivers again . Please note - this mod works only with windows xp . New rooting methods coming soon ...!!!

I dont have this phone so i dont have the drivers !!!! Dont you have a driver cd which came with your phone ? And pm me this new rooting method which you are talking about . I will add it to the first page of the thread .

This is indeed helpful.
But without drivers we cant carry out this process.
If possible kindly provide some link to the drivers as they are the MOST important aspect of Android development

Hey guys, I'm having trouble getting my computer to recognize this Dapeng a75 when plugged in via USB. I followed the instructions and installed the drivers on my Windows 7 machine.
I'm really desperate to install a new ROM on this phone. I'm currently running the stock ROM and suddenly out of the blue I can no longer search Google, access my Play Store, Youtube app nor sync accounts. It's as if Google blocked my IP address. I've installed Hotspot Shield and are able to successfully browse Google once again (Still no luck with Play Store, Account Sync nor Youtube) but this particular bombards my phone with ads. I figure the only solution is to reinstall the ROM.

Hi, found another rom, but that was not working.. now i have a problem with the phone.. i need the stock kernel/rom to reflash.. i tried to restore the phone with spflashtool with this firmware 20120723_e1808_v75_hjy1.. everything goes well.. phone boot, but screen is black.. backlight works.. sound ad touchscreen ok, but the screen is always black.. suggestion??

hi, maybe you have to change display driver parameter through smartphone multiport download tool.

First time i tried this was not usefull beacuse i was using an old version of SMD Tool..

Hi, I tried to flash the LEWA ROM and the camera's stopped working. I then tried to flash the "so called" stock from dapeng and the front facing camera started working but not the back (main) camera. I have tried using SPMultiPortFlashDownload tool but none of the drivers work with my camera. Please can someone upload the ORIGINAL firmware with the U-boot.bin file. Thanks.

First of all install your USB drivers. ( Ill send you link's at pm because i am new here and can't upload links and images to server.
1. Install the Usb Drivers
2. Go to Settings (at your phone) and open usb debugging
3. Download this tool (send you link pm)
4. Extract it using 7zip
5. Double click the RunMe.bat and follow instructions! (You press 3)
6. That's all

Try rooting your phone with framaroot... i think it's best method.... if not then other alternative would be mtkdroidtools...

i have rooted my spice mi 422 with kingo root application.
you can download it on google.just install software. enable USB debugging, connect mobile to pc.
open the software on pc, click root. it will take some time and your mobile will be rooted.
Next time whenever you need root for some application, it will ask grant or deny, by accepting grant you will get root access to specific app :good: :good:

just use kingo root software

Flashing CWM recovery is not an easy job bro..somebody first needs to prepare cwm image for that..flashing itself requires a point to point tutorial

Sorry for the delay, You need to know first what model is, go to settings, about device and look. If it´s same model that link provided for an user then you need to do next steps;
- Search your official/stock rom for your device and download, you need to have it if something goes wrong and for use a file inside named "scatter.txt" ., extract the zip.
- Search and download SP FlashTool (I used v5_1628 but any can work). extract the zip
- Download Recovery provided and extract if it´s zipped.
- Create a folder in desktop, name it how you want, put inside recovery.img file and scatter.txt file.
- Run SP FlashTool like an administrator better, click on scatter-loading and search folder created and click now on "MT6xxx_Android_scatter" , you´ll see recovery box checked, connect terminal usb only to pc, power off device, click on download and now connect device to usb cord. at few seconds it appears a success prompt, close message and disconnect device.
- From now on there´s other stages but first tell us how you go
