It looks like you have an Evo 4g, in which case you're in the wrong forum.

No
1) you're on 2.20 which is unrootable thus not bootloader unlockable
2) international ROMS are for a different device entirely. The AT&T one X is a different phone entirely from the international version.
I have an AT&T one x hboot 2.20 and it's rooted

???? good for you, any reason to bump this thread ??
Root for 2.20 wasn't available then but it is now...
Yes you can install ROMs. However I'm not sure you can install the international version as it is meant for the tegra 3 chip. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong)
FYI OP said he had an AT&T HTC One X

Hi All,
I've been running the latest version of Viper for my HTC One X. I have to say, its quite a nice ROM. Unfortunately, it is not as stable as I would have hoped and I may be looking to sell my device. I was wondering what the easiest way to restore my One X to factory settings was with preferably keeping root. Any ideas?

Few questions:
boot loader unlocked?
Soff or Son?
Orignal phone carrier? rogers, att?
The easiest is just to flash one of the "stock but rooted" sense roms from the non original development section.
S-OFF if not already and flash one of the original roms for your device.

It's unlocked, s-off I believe and is on AT&T. Could you send me a link to the original ROM? Also, will it be able to see updates and whatnot? Like will it be just as good as it was coming from the factory?

Here arw your choices... Since you have s off you could flasha stock rooted Rom or you could ruu to the latest jb Rom and root again since you have s off
I'd like to RUU to the latest HTC One X software. How would I go about it? Links are appreciated

Link? You could port it if it's open source.
Edit: I see it's Sense 5 4.2. Our devs are working on something similar.

Nope. If you're talking about the recent Endeavor Sense 5 ROM which was built from official leak, nope.
