Sony Experia Arc S Custom Rom

Noob here. I have recently bought a Sony Experia Arc S and would like to install a custom rom. The main reason is to bypass the home and back button and have screen ones instead.
Can anybody put me in the right direction?

Any particular reason why you want it? It seems super basic to me and could be accomplished with something like thumb keyboard.

Is it possible to make the phone vibrate when the other side answers the call? I used to have this feature in Galaxy Note, but didn't find a way in Xperia L.
