Download the stock rom for your device and pull the bootanimation from there? I can't think of much else you can try...

I have the DNA one running right now. Just flash in recovery and there's a separate installer that'll let you choose which animation you want during the flashing - pretty cool

Just a cool looking boot animation of Ariana Grande. Preferably a fairly long one that doesnt loop. But I don't mind I'm a big fan of anything Ari!
