Interesting. Looks like I could put this on underneath my slim case, maybe.
They spend about as much time as a politician, validating themselves, lol. And how old is this if they're still saying, "SonyEricsson" though...

If you believe this works, you deserve to be scammed.

I have no idea which is why I'm posting it here to see what others have to say about It. It has good reviews though by their buyers.

good reviews can come from the company / fake customers and so on...
but you're right, maybe someone here can us explain why this could / couldn't work

Hard to believe it will extend battery life, if you go to the website it looks like it something that absorb heat (I'm not saying it works, just reporting what I have read, I'm curious) :
"AkkuFresh® absorbs all source of energy inclouding electromagnetic field (EMF) energy and generate negative ions for infrared waves and biorezonance.
Negative ions will penetrate into the battery and create higher frequency on witch the crystals resonate and burst. This cleaning process causes the battery to regain its initial capacity,
and enhance the flow of negative ions. It also let's the Lithium ions resonate, through which an increase in voltage is obtained"
Their youtube videos are all the same, a guy who put sticker on batteries without proving anything.
I even translated a comment of a video (from 2008 on hungarian tv!) where they talk about radioactive part in the sticker... beware!
They put "Nano Technologies" everywhere, but I can't believe a company that has R&D in nano tech and invest millions in it produce such horrible videos! They don't even have a proper lab to show !

Fake

theres alot article about this fake....whay he didnt use google first

"It is very important to understand that AkkuFresh® is not designed to extend the battery life of a brand new battery. However, new battery will be able to benefit from a faster charge, maintain battery perfomance and prolong battery life. For (6 month or older) battery, It revitalizes the battery and helps to recover the original performance and to maintain maximum capacity. In addition, it reduces charging time and extends the life span of a battery.
Optimal Improvement is visible after (5-10) charging cycles."

Sounds alot like 'go faster stripes' people put on their cars, some are stupid enough to believe they work....

HTC: Thin smartphones are better than large battery

HTC made a statement that people want thin smartphones more than large batteries. Imo battery-life is much more important than the thickness of a smartphone.
What do you guys think?

double phone size and walk around with 3000-4000 mAh battery! **** yea!
For me too. I would prefer a longer battery life.

motorola made a good step with the razr maxx. it's just about 2mm thicker and its battery is almost twice as large as the original razr (1780 ->3300mah)
I'd gladly trade a couple of mm and 10-15-20 grams weight to have a ~2500mAh battery in my One S!
Well, I think from what HTC had learned from customers, it could be a valid statement to say thin phones are better than large batteries from the sales point of view. The reason is simple, we want a phone which looks great even if the battery is not that ideal. Because when we take our phone out, it is the appearance which attracts us and others not the numbers presenting the battery capability, visual impression always stronger than spec sheet.
Just look at the MAO defect thread here, see how many people still stick with the black version even if there are well known problem/risk and they have to send the phone back several times to try their luck. (If I were that in love with black version, I would do the same) Does battery capacity annoy them? Compared to the MAO thing, not at all!!
So, I back HTC's statement only from the sales point of view. Of course a phone with both the same thinness and larger battery is better, but given the current technology constraints, you have to compromise one to another right? And I would happily go for thinness rather than 3000mAh.
Cheers!

It all depends on what u call "great battery life". I call "great battery life" when I have to charge my phone once a week. (happend to tattoo with larget battery).
S2 I call extremly bad battery, One S I call not that bad battery
1 week ?? holy ****...
the last phone i had that lasted a week was a nokia..
those old nokia will outlive us all
1 week is probably a little to enthusiastic, but 3 days would be ideally. Imagine that you are on a little trip in the woods with no access to electricity

Thats just what ppl want from phones At same time I understand it wont happen useless the technology changes to some super uber low power consume
All I need is my 14-16 hours of use. and thats pretty much what i get on most phones. i hate big batteries and oversized covers
I would rather have a thiner phone.
It's all about managing battery life.
I'd rather have a thin phone because that will impress my buddies.
They aren't going to know that I have 30 hours of battery life if it was a thick phone anyway. And even if they do, they probably won't jizz their pants.

So ur the person whos gonna buy Hummer, and stick in muds while "Smart" goes simply true there
Cmon, you really buy things just because they look good, or you need the oportunities it give? At this point - the possibility to use phone at all (no battery no phone).
Well, it seems we can have both. I would prefer a larger battery but if my One S gets the kind of battery life we've seen so far I will stop caring about how big the battery is. And like Adjust said, its all about battery management.
Thinner device of course!!
Around 8mm is the ideal size. As long as a battery lasts 12 hours throughout the day I'm fine with it.
It's all about having a sleek device that is eye catching and brilliant at the same time. Battery can be conserved through options, build design can not.
Why is everyone racing for a thin smatphone, I hope HTC reads all these comments because the majority of us would rather have a longer lasting battery
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using XDA
Moto hits the point for both tastes so come on htc, start offering a thicker one s with more battery life/exchangeable battery (and maybe sd card slot?!).
So only the best for both worlds...

[Video] 7500mAh ZeroLemon Extended Battery Review! =)

Hey guys. So I've had the 7500mAh battery for a little while now and felt it was time for the review. So here ya go!
Let me guess:
whole night charging time for original S4 charger,
24h charging time for generic USB ports,
on airport checkpoints everybody thinks it is portable C4 improvised explosive device pretending phone,
when you drop it, than there is no doubts if screen is broken or not - it will be for sure because of heavy weight (high impact force).

lol,
only takes a couple off hours to charge and with this cover i feel much more safe to drop it (or put it in my pocket without taking risk off breaking screen like in other reviews) because off special shock absorbing material wich also goes a little around the front off the phone protecting the front from scratches when lying upside down. This phone feels like a tank now, especially if i add a nano screenprotector
(90gr extra is high impact force allready?)
in airport they have something called scanners wich know the difference between c4 & a battery so no need to worry
Other then that this battery finally makes my phone worth it's money (what is good about a 700 euro phone if the battery is empty after 3 hours driving with google navigate ?)
if you don't like better battery life and extended batterys, it's no problem but don't give fantasy opinions about how you think it will work if you know not much about the subject..

7500mAh vs. 2600mAh means it is almost tripled. Tripled capacity means tripled charging time. Dead simple physics. Do the math.
90g vs. 130g means it is almost doubled. Doubled weight means doubled kinetic energy, which will have to be dissipated during ground impact. Doubled impact energy means more damage. Dead simple physics.
3 hours driving with google navigate and you forgot about charging port in your vehicle? S4 is not an heavy duty survival device. It was never meant. If you need GPS device for all day skateboard rides look for GARMIN devices.
Yes, sure extra battery life is nice (especially if you are Bear Grylls and need S4 with two week standby time, or teenager and need 24h gaming time). Nobody said it is opposite. Just don't try to pretend, that this solution does not have mentioned drawbacks or looks nice.

It's Allah Akbar, not Allahu Akbar. And for your "terrorist" comment, as a muslim, I find it very disrespectful.
Back to topic, extended batteries hardly look nice anyway. But for me, extra battery life means more. The problem is the cases for these don't offer a lot of protector.

You might be right about the charging, i don't know how long it takes because it charges when i sleep and it's fully charged when i wake up.
Edit, it's done in less then 4 hours, i don't know how long a stock battery needs ?
Hearing people complain about how a phone looks always makes me smile, a nice looking phone attracts thieves is one thing and we're not talking about a pretty woman that gained too much weight, we're talking about an object that promises us to give us features such as calling, texting, hd screen & hd recording, games, music, camera, the android app store and much more... but came with a battery that laughs in my face when i want to use these features.
I have replaced my gps, mp3player, camera and even my watch a couple off phones ago allready, this worked fine in the past with other phones (nokia n82 & nokia n8 with selfcooked firmware), saves me money and i don't need to take care off 4-5 extra things.
(if i needed a phone only to make some calls i would buy an old 39 dollar nokia symbian phone and have one/two week(s) standby time on 2g)
I also have no wish to buy ugly cables for charging in my car and i hate the need for taking usb-cables or chargers with me everywhere and look for (slow) usb ports or electricity every couple off hours when i am reading an online newspaper on 3G/LTE.. (this is another example of what happens to me if i forgot my charger and needs no reply that i should buy a newspaper
Anyway, so far i've been bragging about the good sides but this battery also has bad sides wich people should think about before buying.
-bluetooth distance between my phone & bluetooth speakers was bad allready in samsung (compared to nokia and i-sheep) & it get's worse with this cover.
-same for mobile connection, dbm goes with this +2 wich means connection get's a little less good.
-sound might sound better, it doesn't get louder, a mod/app for getting louder speaker is almost a must have.

Stop trolling.........
I love how the people that don't like extended batteries are so passionate about it. I won't name the other guy that trolled the other thread by name, but I find myself asking if this is his alter ego in this thread, lol!
My 1st Cycle Results
First, lets talk about the results from using the battery. Per the instructions for the best performance you are to go through 5-6 cycles. For this review I only went through one cycle. The instructions also encourage you to leave the phone on the charger for 12hours for its first charge, which I complied.
The result was getting two and half days worth of battery life. Check the video for a full explanation. In short, I have full brightness on most of the time, 4G over WiFi, lots of automatic push notifications, emails pushed and streaming services being used. I would consider myself a heavy user. If you are not a heavy user, you will for sure get better battery life than I.
The TPU case is really tough and is a perfect fit for the battery and phone. There are white and black covers available to choose from. The surface is smooth but not slippery and is pocketable. Cutouts are great. The power and volume controls are covered up and require a little bit more effort to press as if the case was not installed.
The NFC capabilities works great. I tried it out on TYLT NFC Tags stickers and car mount and I had no issues at all.
Overall, for an extended battery with NFC it performed well for me. It was exciting to see two and half days of battery life on a smartphone. That was a first for me. I don’t know if I could use this as a daily driver because the thickness and heaviness got on my nerves at times. I like my devices thin and not as heavy. This battery will definitely get you through the weekend or would be a nice travel companion for anyone not able to charge the device on demand.

Does slim extended battery for S5 G900T really works?

Should I try slim extended battery on my new Galaxy S5 G900T? My friend who owns one for his Note 3 from MPJ said it has a bit more power but still fit the original back. How do they get more power in the same size? I don’t expect it is 4300mAh, but at least last 2-3 hrs longer. Maybe I should try it out myself…

This shouldn't be a difficult question to reason out for yourself. Do you really think if it was possible to cram 4300mAh into a battery of the same size, Samsung, one of the world's leading tech companies, would be total retards and use a battery with 30% less juice in their flagship phone? use your brain ffs!

That's wrong as well, not making it higher capacity is hardly going to make people go and buy more batteries from them is it, its going to make people go buy more batteries based on the false advertising from the likes of MPJ. And while I am on the object, I would love to know how the hell they get away with claiming the mAh that they claim on these things because it's plainly obvious without even going near one of the batteries that it isn't possible.
What WOULD make people go buy more Samsung batteries is if they had a 'premium' higher capacity version and sold it for a higher price. People would fall over themselves to buy it and Samsung would make a killing. Since they have never done this, I suspect it's highly likely that although it may be possible to squeeze a bit more out of the same size, the methods in doing so mean the battery is less stable, less reliable, and doesn't work for as long, as seen in all the batteries like this from Anker to MPJ.
Now what WOULD be interesting is a battery that is physically larger and takes up the space used by the water proofing. So you lose the waterproofing but gain a big chunk of battery power, now that I think IS possible, it just needs someone with the foresight to produce it. There are many people, myself included, who aren't the slightest bit interested in the waterproofing because we don't plan on dropping it down the toilet or into the bath every 5 minutes so would gladly sacrifice this for a nice bump in battery life.
I always buy extra batteries for my phones. Note 1, Note 2, S4, and now the S5.
I have yet to see a battery that was the same size as OEM and had higher capacity. Anker had one that I tried that had I think 100ma higher capacity, but when I placed the battery in my phone it was a tighter fit. So really in my books it was a bigger battery.
I am not saying its not possible to get higher capacity than OEM in a slim battery, but I have not come across a slim battery that met lofty claims yet. For this reason, I now tend to stick to an OEM battery as I can trust that it will operate in a predictable manner. Add in the waterproofing seal on the current S5, I would try my best to stick with a battery that maintains OEM dimensions.
Sorry for the thread necromancy!
I know this is blatant thread necromancy but the viewpoints left here are skewed at best.
I am what you would call a vaper. I work for a company that thrives on making and selling electronic cigarette juice. i also get to see how LI-ION Cells have evolved as LI-ION and LIPO cells are choice for our devices albeit more commonly in a tube cell form.
I have seen both 18650 and 26650 cell specs explode over the last year and to discount innovation and advancement in favor of an ideal that it will always be the same is rather preposterous. It all depends upon what is crammed into the housing. I have seen 2Ah 26650 cells with a 30a load rating and 6 months later here comes a 4.2Ah cell sporting 40a continuous with 60a 7 second pulse rating. I got to torture test these new cells as a daily vape as well as the old. The new cells were clearly head and shoulders above the old. Lipos are the same way. I have a cell pack in a 2s1p config that sports 4.2ah with a 65c/130c+ rating.
i'll spell the lipo bit out. A c rating in the lipo world can be used to find your ah rating. 65*4.2=273 continuous run amp load.
130*4.2=546 max pulse amp load.
the 2s1p stands for 1 pack of 2 cells wired in series for a nominal voltage of 7.4 (8.4 when fully charged.)
The point is the size of this pack is very small and packs a wallop compared to other lipo packs that have the same ratings but are larger in physical size. My pack however is top of the line from one of the most well known and reputable cell pack makers. The others are knock offs.
To cut it short perhaps the OEM LI-ION packs in our phones are the same way. Perhaps the OEM packs are of knock off make and the 4200mah packs that have been found are more efficient and of better quality. With the way phones are phasing out expandable storage in favor of "data hogging" cloud storage (which mind you opens you to risk of EXPENSIVE data overages) i would't be surprised to see our precious little phone companies like samsung and LG and others using cut corner tactics. Until i see actual usage and testing with results on a graph, i wouldn't pass judgement. You might just get your mind blown like i do just about every other day.
Technology is an ever evolving creature and it's simply FASCINATING to sit back and watch it all take new form and make our lives better.
again i apologize for the thread necromancy but there were key pieces of information missing with a mindset of bash the newcomer. For the price i'm game to try it for sure!
If i have offended anyone i apologize in advance and assure you that in no way am i out to cause any drama or hurt feelings.
As a matter of fact i'm off to study these mpj packs to see how people feel. Just might find myself a graph full of information as well!
Cheers!

Kickstarter for a Rf Harvesting charging case

Charge your phone with the ambient Rf signals around you!
Or at least that is what the people who make this are saying.
I saw an article a while ago about this company from CES I think. They brought a working prototype for a Iphone 6 and showed it off.
http://techcrunch.com/2015/05/04/ni...case-which-harvests-electricity-from-the-air/
And this kickstarter is for the S6 (not edge) and the Iphone.
Description from their kickstarter
"We have integrated this technology into phone cases for the iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6, allowing you to significantly extend your phone’s battery life. This is possible because the case captures wasted RF energy from the phone and recycles it back into the phone resulting in extra battery life, without disrupting call quality or data communication."
They are claiming a 30% increase, or rather extension in the depletion of the battery.
* To clarify, I am in no way shape or form associated with them, just ran across this on the interwebs and thought I would share . So please don't ask random questions about it. As I am as clueless about how the voodedoos work. lol
I've signed up to get get one, because I think the concept is pretty cool.

So-called 'slim' extended batteries make me suspicious.....

For years now manufacturers have thought we prefer having dead but omg so thin phones instead of ones that actually make it through the day. I've always bought phones that had removable batteries so that I could buy extended batteries and turn my phone into a brick that allows me to charge it at night and use at will during the day. Most of these are oversized and require a special back cover. However, I see a lot of 'slim' extended batteries that can fit into your current phone without a bigger back. They're plentiful, and they're cheap. So why don't manufacturers just include an extended battery that is the same volume but more capacity?
I suspect that perhaps they're less safe? I recently had an extended battery start bulging inside my phone and pushed the screen up a little. I wouldn't have noticed if the screen hadn't started coming up. Scared me a little, we've all seen the pics of phones that have exploded in people's pockets.
Does anyone know more about this than me?

wellokthen.....
They are only marketing duds ... the battery in the phone it is the same like the extender ones but be ready to catch fire because they land faulty compared to the one in the phone. Always check the manufacturer!

I've never had an issue with the extra large extended batteries that require a special back. Those always give a huge boost to battery life.
The slim one that I put in my G3 D855, however, is definitely a dud. I'm on a Marshmallow ROM that shows the estimated electricity use per app, in mAh, which has made it really handy for calculating the capacity of the battery. Every time my calculation comes up at about 3000 mAh, the capacity of the stock battery.
So that's $15 American that I'll never see again....oh well. Guess you can't have your cake and eat it too. My next battery will be gigantic.
the slim battery was to cheap and the reason for bulging
