Come on, was it really that hard to go to Google and find out it is really an HTC Advantage.

WM Experts.com
engadget
All off the first page of results.
^Come on, was it really that hard to provide help without being negative?
it wasn't intended to be negative, i did post the reults.
It must have taken longer to start the thread than i spent on Google.
deedee right if you cant be arsed searching then dont ask coz thats not what we do we develop and test. not help people who cant be bothered to spend 30 seconds on google
I did google it actually,
There are different models of the device you refer.
It does seem a bit counter productive to automatically assume that everyone who posts a question you think is stupid or readily available must not have been bothered to look into it. Without knowing the full situation.
Think of all the occasions in your and all reading this where jumping to conclusions as been a mistake.
Thanks for the info you did provide however.

[Q] Rooted, what's next?

I've been browsing the xda-devs forum and been Googling quite a lot about rooting, and recently just took the plunge to root my Wildfire with Unrevoked.
Now that I've rooted, what can I do next? I've been through quite a bit, and I don't see any topic that lists out some examples for us root newbs to get started with.
I've been playing with Apple devices quite a lot, and I have the first gen iPod Touch which I have been active in jailbreaking and modding, but semi-retired ever since I got my HTC.
Would appreciate guidance from fellow forum members. Thanks. A list of things we can do with a rooted phone and guides on how to do it would be awesome.
First on behalf on everybody on XDA let me give u a big welcome . As to your question, there is a lot you can do with your newly rooted phone. You can find all you need here http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=678 Hope you will find this link very handy.

Thanks for the prompt reply mate. I've skimmed through those forums, but I can see that most of the topics are questions about this and that instead of 'guide' forums... so I thought it'd do us all good if somebody compiled a list of things we could do after our phone is rooted.
Sounds nifty, no?

Can someone help me please?

Hello all. I have been searching and searching for the app called Reader's Hub. I have a US Version Sprint Tab that I just got yesterday. I found, what I believe to be two files, the Reading Hub.apk and Zinio_pressdisplay.rar. I haven't downloaded them yet because I don't know if they are the current version, and I don't know what to do with the files once I have downloaded them (where to put them, etc). Can someone please help me? I really want this App. Thanks.
You have far too many posts on the same subject, if you keep to one it'll help us all (including yourself) ...I'm pretty new to this forum but not so new to others, and it's not likely to get a nice response from most communities for sure

I'm sorry. I realized that my first posts were in the wrong forums, so I re-posted.
Hehe no worries here, just don't want you to get in trouble ^^
Did you get my PM with the link in the end anyway? I did make you the Zip as requested.

Need help. Hard choice for me might be easy for consumer.

Alright so I had this forum running on the index of my site @ http://www.techdigy.com . It was great for the first year and was taking of. however some things poped up and you know.... it kinda stalled. Anyways, recently I thought that forums might not go nowhere so I replaced it with a blog a week ago and moved the forum to mysite.com/forum. I worked so hard for it and its been 2years. I don't know if that was the right thing to do and that's why I am here today.
Basically I don't really want to make money from my site. I want it to be nonprofit. I want to reach out to as many people as possible and help them. I believe the educational resourses must be free to access and I really want to give back to the world because I learned so much from the people online when I was a kid. So.... I had a couple of ideas in mind... here they are.
Stay with a bare tech forum.
..Make a blog and keep the forum in the back. The blog will have a tips and tricks section. Tuts. and the latest tech news.
..Make a top 5 software site for diffrent catagories and keep the forum in the back.
..Make a programming site (I know this would help the best but I dont like the idea and I kinda want to avoid it because i think it might be a little difficult for me. )
that concludes what I have to say and thanks! By the way if you wish to volunteer you will also help reach out to millions of people out there. thanks again!

[Q] SuperPad III

I know this isn't the first time this has come up cause I have seen threads on multiple sites asking about the SuperPad III and a lot cant find info on it. I was wondering why there isn't a thread on this there is a good bit of info on this Tab but for some reason people give up if it isn't on XDA or Android Central. Anyway we could start a thread on one that actually gave info for people that don't know where else to look?
Also if anyone is having problems with theirs I would be willing to help I have messed with one enough to get the jest of its inner workings and I am more then happy to help you root/speed up the device.
